FEEDING THE FIVE THOUSAND
Matthew 14:13-21

Grace comes from God. It comes 'to us.'
But grace was never intended to stop with us.
It moves 'through us' to someone else.
And somehow, when we give away what God has given us, we discover that God has not run out.
The gift keeps coming. That's ๐‘ป๐‘ฏ๐‘ฌ ๐‘ณ๐‘ถ๐‘ถ๐‘ท ๐‘ถ๐‘ญ ๐‘ฎ๐‘น๐‘จ๐‘ช๐‘ฌ.

God gives.
Jesus receives.
Jesus blesses.
The disciples distribute.
The people are satisfied.
And there is still more left over.

๐‘ฎ๐‘น๐‘จ๐‘ช๐‘ฌ ๐‘ป๐‘ผ๐‘น๐‘ต๐‘บ ๐‘น๐‘ฌ๐‘ช๐‘ฐ๐‘ท๐‘ฐ๐‘ฌ๐‘ต๐‘ป๐‘บ ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ป๐‘ถ ๐‘ช๐‘ถ๐‘ต๐‘ซ๐‘ผ๐‘ฐ๐‘ป๐‘บ.
The disciples aren't the source of the bread.
They're the โ€˜stewards of the bread.โ€™
They didn't create it.
They received it.
And then they distributed it.
That's what God wants to do with us.
You are not the source of grace.
You're a recipient of grace.
But God doesn't intend for you to become a reservoir where grace stops. He wants you to become a โ€˜conduitโ€™ through which grace flows.
