WOMEN AT MIZPAH PHILIPPINES GATHERING

Praising God for the opportunity to be invited to the Women at Mizpah Philippines Gathering last August 23 at Mount Crest Hotel. This gathering is led by a dear friend and sister in Christ, Ptra. Elavaya Oseso, and is part of her ministry.

“Mizpah” means watchtower—a fitting name, as the purpose of the gathering is to equip and mobilize women to stand as watchmen through prayer and intercession, believing for the transformation of their lives and families according to their God-given destinies.

Our HFCA Women were encouraged and blessed to take part in this prayer movement, standing in the gap for our families, church, city, and nation.

And the lookout shouted, “Day after day, my lord, I stand on the watchtower; every night I stay at my post.” Isaiah 21:8

CHILDREN’S RECOGNITION DAY

As the Lord has declared in Deuteronomy 28:13, “The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. You will always be at the top, never at the bottom,” we celebrated the achievements of our students during Easter Sunday. We praise God for sustaining them with wisdom, provision, and strength as another school year came to a close.

We also rejoice in the addition of new teachers to our Sunday School. We praise God for the lives of Bro. Jessmark, Bro. Deo, and Sis. Janice, who have committed to serve as part of the team this year. Let us continue to lift them up in prayer as they serve in the Children’s Department.

May Christ’s light continue to shine in our children’s lives as they give praise to Him through their academic achievements!

MOVE 2025

Praise Jesus for a fruitful time of learning and equipping for the youth during MOVE 2025, held last June 5–7 at CCF Manila. Our high school and college students, along with young professionals, participated in this 3-day conference where they learned about Campus Ministry and the current issues affecting today’s youth. More than just gaining knowledge, our participants also enjoyed a time of fellowship and meaningful connection with other young people.

We are grateful for God’s provision throughout this trip, as our young people were challenged to reach their friends for Christ and be a light to their generation.

Thank you for all your prayers, support, and involvement in this training. Let us continue to uphold our young people in prayer—that they may grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus, understand His purposes more clearly, and shine His light in their campuses.

CHILDREN'S INDOOR CAMP AND SLUMBER PARTY

Glory to God for a night filled with creativity and fellowship during the Children’s Indoor Camp and Slumber Party, spearheaded by the Sunday School Department last May 9. Making the most of their vacation, the children enjoyed games, baking, and sleeping in tents at the church. The parents who attended the evening program brought energy and good vibes as they joined in the dancing and cheered for the children during the fashion show.

We thank all the sponsors, members, and parents who participated and helped make this event a memorable one for our children.

Let us continue to lift up in prayer the spiritual growth of our children, and that godly friendships will continue to flourish among them.
