They are called 'PINK SISTERS' not that they are obviously wearing pink and if you notice, the convent itself was painted pink, they are known as Sister Servants of the Holy Spirit of Perpetual Adoration. The color symbolizes joy in honor of the Holy Spirit and the Sisters' adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. I have read that Saint Arnold Janssen and Mother Mary Michaele are the founders in Holland.
