May 24, 2026 | Patronal Feastday Celebration with the Sacrament of Confirmation

During this Pentecost Sunday, the Our Lady of the Way Parish in Twin Peaks, Tuba, Benguet, joyfully celebrated its 11th Patronal Feast. Guided by the theme, “Mary: Our Guide, Companion, and Refuge in Following Our Lord Jesus Christ,” the community gathered in faith and thanksgiving. Furthermore, 276 faithful received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

The celebration opened with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration, including the Rite of Confirmation, presided over by Most Rev. Rafael T. Cruz, D.D., Bishop of Baguio. He was concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Matthew Dontogan III, the parish priest.

As they celebrate the feast of their Patroness, Our Lady of the Way, we are reminded of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s loving guidance and faithful discipleship. Just as she accompanied the apostles as they awaited the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, may she also guide us to walk faithfully with her Son, Jesus Christ, in every step of our lives. We also pray for those who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on this Pentecost Sunday, that they may remain steadfast in faith and be filled with the gifts and fire of the Holy Spirit.

May the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of the Way, continue to guide and protect us always.

Our Lady of the Way, pray for us.
