Before the Church’s semiannual general conference begins, all are invited to view a special broadcast honoring Russell M. Nelson, beloved prophet and president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

This broadcast will feature remarks by several Church leaders and will be live-streamed on October 2, 2025 at 12:00am PST, via ChurchofJesusChrist.org and https://www.youtube.com/

President Nelson died from causes incident to age on September 27, 2025, at his home in Salt Lake City at the age of 101. He was the 17th president in the 195-year history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the world’s oldest leader of a global faith organization. He has served as its president since January 14, 2018.
