At the pinnacle of our Christmas Party, we showcased our exceptional master entertainer of Burnham 1st. He was none other than Brother Henvi Salon. He captivatingly performed his magic show, leaving the main children in awe and ensuring we wouldn't forget the evening's final presentation. Plus, we had a bunch of fun games and activities, and everyone got their happy moments captured on camera.

While we celebrate, we also pause to recognize Bishop Cuyazen, who is finishing his outstanding five-year term as our ward's leader.

For the youth and primary kids of Burnham 1st Ward who participated in music and storytelling to honor the birth and ministry of Jesus Christ, Baguio Stake held its first Christmas cantata on Saturday, December 14th. At a young age, they will begin to understand the nature of love, the joy of sharing, and the warmth of invitation in their daily lives, ultimately revealing the deep meaning of Christmas.

In a beautiful manifestation of unity, the Burnham 1st Ward has been selected to grace three choirs in the Saturday Session with their uplifting melodies: as the prelude to the conference, during the opening hymn, and as the closing hymn. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all who dedicate their time and talents, particularly our gifted pianist Bro. Julius Pascua, our chorister, and conductor Sister Elena Comenta. A special acknowledgment goes to Sister Sampson and her son, whose efforts in selecting and preparing this soul-stirring music have infused the conference with a serene joy that resonates until the very end.

Reflecting the spirit of our choir, our beloved Bishop has showered us with blessings, celebrating the resounding success of our performance. As he praises our collective efforts, we find ourselves united in the joy of this beautiful experience, bound together in the spirit of our Ward's choir that impacts the Baguio Stake Conference.

This is a nice celebration to remember!

Following the church service, the members of the Burnham 1st Ward assembled for a significant meeting with the missionaries. This meeting provided a sacred chance for participants to have meaningful conversations about backing the missionaries. Our full-time missionaries, Elder Balderama and Elder Baird lead a group discussion, including our Ward Mission Leader, Stake Couple Missionary, Elders from another ward, and the other auxiliary members. Collaboratively, they examined how to assist an investigator, an inactive member, and a member being visited in sharing the gospel with love and clarity.
