A Message to All Pastors and Church Leaders of Philippine Bethel Church, Inc.

Leadership is not measured by how many people follow us, how powerful our position is, or how many accomplishments we can claim. True leadership is measured by the lives we touch, the people we develop, and the legacy we leave behind.

Let us choose today what kind of legacy we will leave.
Let us correct without crushing.
Let us discipline without destroying.
Let us speak truth without humiliating.
Let us exercise authority firmly without losing compassion.
Let us disagree without destroying relationships.
Let us serve without seeking recognition.
Above all, let us remember that we are not owners of God's church; we are stewards of His people.

May every pastor and leader of the Philippine Bethel Church, Inc. become a living testimony of Christlike leadership.
