GOOD NEWS | The Holy Father Pope Francis has appointed Reverend Father RAFAEL TAMBAOAN CRUZ of the Archdiocese of Lingayen Dagupan, currently the Pastor of St. Ildephonse Parish, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, as the 3rd Bishop of the Diocese of Baguio.
The appointment was made public 6:00 PM on June 20, 2024.
The Diocesan Administrator of the Diocese of Baguio, Rev. Fr. Roland P. Buyagan, announced the good news during the Holy Mass on June 20, 2024, at the Baguio Cathedral of Our Lady of the Atonement, in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Elevation of the Diocese of Baguio.
