The Young Victorian Mission/Vision states that we as a ministry, 'GROWS', to:

G - o and tell the world (Evangelize)
R - elating them into the local church (Baptism)
O - Lead them in OBEDIENCE to God's Word (Discipleship)
W - Worship God in Spirit and in Truth (Worship)
S - Serving in the Ministry (Serve)

That the verse:

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Chris

t. Amen. 2 Peter 3:18

May ring upon each and every youth member that takes part of this God-given ministry.
