We celebrate with immense joy the Ordination to the Sacred Order of the Priesthood of Reverend Alvin Ponce Maniti at our very own Baguio Cathedral.

Taking inspiration from Christ who washed the feet of His disciples, we are inspired by your "Yes" to God's call of servant leadership. The Commission on Youth is one with you in prayer and celebration as you embark on this sacred mission!

SYNTHESIS, SACRIFICE, AND SEND-OFF ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Yesterday, June 6, marked the third and final day of the 1st Youth Directors Assembly. After days of intense collaboration, visionary planning, and shared fellowship, the final day was a beautiful culmination of our journey together.

The morning was dedicated to a meaningful synthesis, weaving together the insights, challenges, and graces that transpired over the first two days of the assembly.
We officially concluded this historic gathering with a Eucharistic Celebration, presided by Most Rev. Marcelino Antonio M. Maralit Jr., D.D., Chairman of the CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Youth.

Fueled by the Word and the Eucharist, our Youth Directors were then given a solemn send off ready to return to their respective ministries with renewed zeal, burning hearts, and a clear vision for the young church.

Thank you to everyone who made this assembly a success. The work continues, and the future of the youth ministry is bright! ๐ŸŒŸ

Sulong Padayon! | Day 2 of the Youth Directors Assembly

A day dedicated to listening, discerning, and building the roadmap for the next generation of youth ministry in the Philippines. โœจ

From discussing the contents and data-gathering tools for Ka-Lakbay 2 (DYMP 2) to aligning our local efforts with the Sulong-Padayon! Synod Implementation Framework, Day 2 reminded us that our mission must always be "Rooted and Sent".

We are not just planning, we are walking alongside our youth listening to their actual situations, grounding ourselves in The Catholic Social Teachings, and committing to pathways of true synodal change.

The work continues as we build a more listening, loving, and dynamic Church! โ›ชโค๏ธ

Day 1 of the First Youth Directors Assembly officially went underway at Ibis Styles Manila Araneta City! Our Youth Director Rev. Fr. James Augustine A. Castillo have journeyed with the different communities and regions, bringing with us the hopes, dreams, and vibrant spirit of the youth we serve.

Yesterday is all about reconnecting, grounding ourselves in our shared mission, and opening our hearts to where the youth ministry is being called next. Looking forward to days filled with fruitful discussions, fellowship, and renewed inspiration.
