Our 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨 may be over, but the blessing continues because of your generosity, the floor tiles for our chapel have already been purchased and are now ready on site. 🙏

We’re humbly asking for support to 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Yesterday, the 𝓞𝓾𝓻 𝓛𝓪𝓭𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓛𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓭𝓮𝓼 - 𝓘𝓵𝓲𝓳𝓪𝓷 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓹𝓮𝓻, gathered for one of the most meaningful and indelible celebration of Flores de Mayo journey. With 72 𝙬𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙨 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙨, our culmination was filled with joy, laughter, and precious memories that will forever inculcate in our hearts. The children were delighted in games, prizes, school supplies, food, and gifts, but beyond these simple joys was something greater, and that is the opportunity to grow in faith and experience the love, guidance, and blessings of God and Mama Mary.

Lastly, to our beloved 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬. This celebration is a testament of our sacrifices, patience, commitment, and faith. From the countless hours of preparation, teaching, and service, it brought us to this beautiful moment. Together, we laughed, overcame challenges, and fulfilled our mission. We were not merely neither volunteers or teachers, we became a family united by one purpose.

Yet, as beautiful as this culmination is, it also carries a bittersweet truth. This may be the last time many of us will be together in the same place. Soon, we will be embracing new responsibilities. Albeit, distance may separate us, the memories we created, the friendships we built, and the moments we shared will forever bind our hearts together.

As we close this chapter of Flores de Mayo 2026, we do not say goodbye with sadness, but with gratitude. We thank God for allowing our paths to cross, for giving us the privilege to serve, and for blessing us with friendships that cannot be paid off with any amount.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒅𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐 2026 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒕 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑳𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒉.

This event was honored and graced by the presence of 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬-𝐈𝐥𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐧, together with other BEC's in different areas. The program began with a Rosary, followed by the celebration of the Holy Mass. During the Mass, the First Communicants received their first Communion and after it, a symbolic offerings happened, by our Santacruzan muses. Afterwhich, a fun and educational games were held and one of those included was the Bible Quiz for the Florestas. We would like to congratulate 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒛𝒆 𝑮𝒂𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒍 as one of our representatives and especially to 𝑲𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒆 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒊𝒌𝒂 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐 for a job well done and for braving the odds by representing our BEC.

The Coronation program took place next, marking the highlight of the afternoon's program. We would like to acknowledge the participation of our 𝑹𝒆𝒚𝒏𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔, 𝑹𝒉𝒆𝒂 𝑻𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔, together with her es**rt 𝑺𝒂𝒎 𝑴𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝑨𝒍𝒗𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒛. And as the procession commenced, each BEC proudly marched with their own banner displaying their group name, Marian title, and flower-designed umbrellas.

To conclude, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who partook in the culmination, especially to all the parents who wholeheartedly supported our BEC. Thank you for being a vital part of this celebration.

Also our special thanks goes to the Florestas, our celebration would not be possible without all of your participation, and of course, to our 𝒅𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔, who have worked tirelessly from the very beginning until the very last day. We would like also to congratulate our Catechists for clinching the 𝑺𝑬𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑫 𝑷𝑳𝑨𝑪𝑬 in the “𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒛 2026” represented by 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝑻𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑷𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈. Apart from the prizes, they will also receive a monthly allowance amounting of P300.00 from the church. Thank you for this humble achievement and for bringing pride to our BEC!

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐈, 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝟐𝟖: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐄

The final day of our Flores de Mayo was filled with gratitude and enjoyment. After weeks of prayer, learning, and fellowship, we gathered once more to celebrate the beautiful journey we've shared together. We began the day by reviewing all the stories we read throughout the month and everyone shared their thoughts and valuable learnings, where we realized how much we've grown spiritually.
