𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 | 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟗,𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

After he had fed the people, Jesus made the disciples get into a boat
and precede him to the other side,
while he dismissed the crowds.
After doing so, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray.
When it was evening he was there alone.
Meanwhile the boat, already a few miles offshore,
was being tossed about by the waves, for the wind was against it.
During the fourth watch of the night,
he came toward them walking on the sea.
When the disciples saw him walking on the sea they were terrified.
“It is a ghost,” they said, and they cried out in fear.
At once Jesus spoke to them, “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.”
Peter said to him in reply,
“Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.”
He said, “Come.”
Peter got out of the boat and began to walk on the water toward Jesus.
But when he saw how strong the wind was he became frightened;
and, beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!”
Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught Peter,
and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
After they got into the boat, the wind died down.
Those who were in the boat did him homage, saying, “Truly, you are the Son of God.”

SEMINAR ON MISSIONARY CONVERSATION PATH

Members of Parish Animation Team of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Parish had the grace of joining the Vicarial Seminar on the Missionary Conversion Path of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao at Saint Joseph College of Baggao.

It was more than just a seminar. It was a meaningful time to pray, listen, reflect, discern, and share—reminding us once again of what it truly means to walk together as a Church.

One of the important focuses in this five-year journey of the Missionary Conversion Path is LISTENING—learning to listen not only to God and His Word, but also to one another, especially to the realities, joys, struggles, and hopes of the people we are called to serve.

Because when we truly listen, we begin to understand. And when we understand, we become more capable of accompanying, serving, and bringing others closer to Christ.

May this experience continue to transform our hearts and renew our commitment to become a Church that does not simply maintain, but goes forth in mission.

May we continue to listen, discern, walk together, and serve, allowing our parish to grow in communion and become a living witness of Christ’s love.

From conversion, may we grow in communion; and from communion, may we be sent forth in mission. ❤️🙏

Today, we thank God for the gift of your life and your faithful service to our parish. Thank you for being a loving shepherd, a source of encouragement, and a blessing to our community.

As you celebrate another year, we pray that the Lord continues to bless you with good health, strength, wisdom, and joy. May Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage always watch over and guide you in your priestly journey.

𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 | 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐,𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

When Jesus heard of the death of John the Baptist,
he withdrew in a boat to a deserted place by himself.
The crowds heard of this and followed him on foot from their towns.
When he disembarked and saw the vast crowd,
his heart was moved with pity for them, and he cured their sick.
When it was evening, the disciples approached him and said,
“This is a deserted place and it is already late;
dismiss the crowds so that they can go to the villages
and buy food for themselves.”
Jesus said to them, “There is no need for them to go away;
give them some food yourselves.”
But they said to him,
“Five loaves and two fish are all we have here.”
Then he said, “Bring them here to me,”
and he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass.
Taking the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven,
he said the blessing, broke the loaves,
and gave them to the disciples,
who in turn gave them to the crowds.
They all ate and were satisfied,
and they picked up the fragments left over—
twelve wicker baskets full.
Those who ate were about five thousand men,
not counting women and children.

Despite the short time for preparation and the last-minute decisions, everything came together beautifully because it was done with grateful hearts and love for our beloved Parish Priest Fr. Enteng Siccuan .

Happy Pre-Birthday, Father! May God continue to bless you with good health, abundant joy, unwavering strength, and many more years of faithful service. Thank you for being a humble shepherd, a guiding light, and an instrument of God's love to our parish family.💐😇🎁

which a person finds and hides again,
and out of joy goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant
searching for fine pearls.
When he finds a pearl of great price,
he goes and sells all that he has and buys it."
