📝 Reminders for Participants Before the Run
Train gradually according to your chosen distance.

Hydrate well in the days leading up to the event.

Get adequate rest the night before.

On the Day of the Run
Bring the following essentials:

Comfortable running attire and shoes

Race bib (provided upon registration)

Water bottle or hydration pack

Towel and extra shirt

Personal medications (if needed)

For the safety of all participants:

If you have existing medical conditions, you must first consult your doctor.

Secure a medical certificate confirming you are fit to join the run.

Upload your medical certificate directly to this form during registration.

This ensures a safer run and prevents any health-related concerns for both coordinators and fellow participants.
