A Friday night filled with laughter, shared stories, and meaningful conversations. What a wonderful way to cap off the week with good talks and friends to pray with.

Our lives aren't just a random outcome of chaotic events. As the Psalm of David reminds us of God, "You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed." It is reassuring to know that God is involved in making us.

Grateful for this community and the journey we're on together. Let's continue to grow, support, and uplift each other! 🔥

Nothing beats the energy of in-person fellowship!
These passionate and driven young adults are truly unstoppable, even on a busy weekend. The icebreaker was a bit challenging, but it brought us so much clarity as we shared our perspectives. And the life sharing? Pure bliss.

We were in awe of the peace that comes from God's unchanging peaceful presence. "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." (Psalm 46:1-3)

Feeling inspired and uplifted! Can't wait for our next gathering! See you next at Driven YA online fellowship. 🙌🔥

Another Friday night of fellowship, at Driven Young Adults, where we shared our life journeys. There was authenticity as we poured out our true selves, dividing our sorrows and multiplying our joys. As we told our stories, we felt a sense of gratitude and clarity.

We cling to His words: those who hope in the Lord are like trees planted by rivers of water. They bring forth fruit in their season, their leaves do not wither, and whatever they do prospers. (Psalm 1:3) Just like a tree planted by streams of water, when we surrender to Him, we become stable, well-nourished, mature, growing, and fruitful.

What started as a light talk turned into a deep, heartfelt conversation about the seasons we're each going through. It's a beautiful reminder that we should never stop fellowshipping with one another.

We also dug into a powerful Word about honoring our parents. This command with a promise has three stages: as children, we honor through obedience; as young adults, we honor by respecting and listening to them; and as adults, we honor by appreciating and providing for them. We need to accept and forgive to see both the good and bad sides of them. In turn, when we become parents, we also need grace and forgiveness.

“Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth." Eph. 6:2-3

Friday was finally here for Driven Young Adults! 🔥

It turned out to be quite special, especially the chance to connect face-to-face with Pastor Jekoy Buñales from Lighthouse Christian Church Muntinlupa. The encouragement shared was truly heartening, reminding us that in ministry, there are no shortcuts; growth comes from lived experiences and the wisdom shared in conversations.

Proverbs 15:22 rings true: "Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."

Moreover, Sunday was a day spent catching up with these fun-loving ladies. No wonder ending the week with a good conversation reflected lovely smiles. Sharing our season and what God has been speaking to us. Joking around, or simply letting someone know you're thinking of them multiplies happiness, reduces stress, and wipes away sadness. What a wonder fellowship does!

Praise God for each who graced Driven Young Adults with your time, both on-site and online. Moments like these remind us of the beauty in serving God alongside incredible individuals who choose to advance the kingdom of God, reflected in our relationships.

We had a fun and uplifting fellowship with Driven Young Adults. 🔥

During the icebreaker, we shared what makes our day, realizing that dwelling on the past only creates chaos. Instead, we found contentment and gratitude in the present, a gift from heaven in every season. 🎁

We discussed Israel's request for a king. Despite rejecting God's leadership, He compassionately warned, instructed, and prepared them through Samuel. 📖 1 Samuel 8:7 (ESV) - "Listen to the voice of the people in all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected me from being king over them."

This concludes that we also might be doing the same thing if God is not first in our life decisions.
