The Inay Maria Magnificat Parish Church started as a a small “bodega-like” chapel of a growing community of faith-believers in Camella Springville, Molino 3, Bacoor City in 1996. Built as a "satellite chapel" of Our Lady Queen of Peace in Queensrow, temporarily named as St. Joseph Chapel, the church sits on an open space declared as an amenity area for the Homeowners’ Association of Camella Spring
ville Central, Phase 2. Joe Dizon renamed the chapel as "Inay Maria ng Magnificat, Patroness of the Poor". Last June 2015, Bishop Rey Evangelista of the Diocese of Imus officially approved that such community be prepared as a parish independent from its mother parish, Our Lady Queen of Peace, Area B, Queensrow, Molino 3, Bacoor City. Roxas was the first Parish Priest assigned to minister and prepare the Parish. After much prayers and masses, God granted our parish hearts' desire. Through the joint effort of then Mayor Strike Revilla, the Federation of the Homeowners’ Association of Camella, Fr. Tony and Bishop Rey, the Deed of Usufruct was signed and executed on April 11, 2016 to authorize the Diocese of Imus to use the land as the site of the new parish church, Inay Maria ng Magnificat.
