VERSE OF THE DAY 👣

“Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” 1 Peter 5:7 NLT

Starting a new week often comes with new responsibilities, plans, and sometimes worries.

But remember that you don’t have to carry everything on your own. God lovingly invites us to give Him every concern, every fear, and every uncertainty.

As this week begins, take a moment to surrender everything to Him—your plans, your struggles, and even the things you cannot control.

When we place our worries in God’s hands, we make room for His peace to guard our hearts. Remember, you are not facing this week alone. The God who cares deeply for you walks with you every step of the way.

So start this week with surrender, trust His heart, and move forward with peace knowing that He cares for you. 🙏✨

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S MONTH! đź©·đź’ś

TODAY, we celebrate the strength, courage, and influence of women around the world. Long before modern movements for women's empowerment, the Bible already recorded powerful stories of women who walked closely with God and played important roles in His plan.

Their lives remind us that God has always valued, called, and used women for His purpose.

Women's Month is more than a celebration—it is a reminder that women have always played vital roles in God's story.

From Sarah’s faith, Esther’s courage, Ruth’s loyalty, Hannah’s prayer, Mary’s obedience, Rahab’s redemption, Leah’s perseverance, and Abigail’s wisdom—we see that a woman who walks with God can change history.
Their stories continue to inspire women today to live with faith, courage, and purpose.

Life often fills our eyes with the problems right in front of us—stress, disappointments, and uncertainties. These visible struggles can easily make us feel overwhelmed. Yet we are reminded that what we see now is only temporary. Our present troubles do not have the final word.

God invites us to shift our focus from the temporary to the eternal. Faith helps us see beyond what is visible—toward God’s promises, His purpose, and the hope of eternal life. While circumstances change and fade, the things of God remain forever.

When we fix our eyes on what is unseen, our hearts find strength. We learn to trust that even in difficult seasons, God is working for something greater that will last for eternity.

When our hearts begin to delight in God, something beautiful happens— OUR DESIRES START TO CHANGE.

We begin to want what He wants.
We value peace over pressure.
Purpose over popularity.
Faith over fear.

God doesn’t just grant desires; He reshapes them. The more we walk with Him, the more our dreams align with His plans — and His plans are always better than what we could design on our own.

Sometimes unanswered prayers are not rejection but redirection. God knows which desires will truly fulfill us and which ones might harm us. When we delight in Him, we learn to trust that what He gives — and even what He withholds — comes from love.

Is God the source of my joy, or only the provider of my requests?

WHEN LIFE BECOMES HARD, WILL WE STILL FOLLOW GOD? 👣👣

“My life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned to me by the Lord Jesus.” — Acts 20:24

Grabe. Imagine saying those words and actually meaning them. That was the heart of Paul the Apostle. He knew things were going to get harder. He knew suffering was coming. But he still chose to follow Jesus. He didn’t run away. He didn’t quit. He stayed faithful.

If we're honest, we are not always like that.

Sometimes it’s easy to follow God when everything is okay—when we feel motivated, when prayers are answered, when life makes sense. It’s easy to say “Lord, I trust You” when things are going our way. But when things get hard—when we feel tired, confused, or discouraged—that’s when our faith is tested. That’s when we are tempted to step back, stay quiet, or choose comfort instead.

We live in a world where comfort is everything. We want easy, fast, and stress-free. Ayaw natin mahirapan. Ayaw natin masaktan. But following Jesus was never about comfort. It was always about trust.

Paul didn’t base his obedience on his feelings. He based it on his calling. He knew his life had a purpose bigger than his fears. He chose purpose over comfort. He chose obedience over ease.

This makes me ask myself: Will I still follow God when it’s inconvenient? Will I still trust Him when I don’t understand? Will I still say yes when it’s uncomfortable?

Because real faith isn’t proven when life is easy. Real faith is proven when life is hard—and you still choose God.

We may not know what our future looks like. We may face challenges, disappointments, and seasons where we feel weak.

But I pray that like Paul, you won’t give up. I pray that you will keep showing up, keep trusting, and keep following—even when it’s hard.

At the end of our life, we don’t want to say, “I chose comfort.”
We want to say, “I chose God.”
