Last Saturday, we were deeply moved as our departing missionaries bore powerful testimonies of Jesus Christ and their divine call to labor in His vineyard

Their words reflected courage, faith, and a willingness to serve wherever the Lord has called them.

We were further edified by the inspired teachings of President de Dios, who reminded us that missionary service is not only a duty but a sacred privilege to bring souls unto Christ.

Truly, it was an evening of testimony, counsel, and renewed commitment to rise and serve in the Lord’s work.

Last Saturday, we gathered in a spirit of unity and devotion for a sacred Missionary Fireside.

President and Sister de Dios (Mission Leaders of Philippines Bacolod Mission) shared inspired counsel on the importance of preparing to serve the Lord in His vineyard, reminding us of the eternal blessings that come through faithful service.

We were also uplifted by the heartfelt testimonies of departing missionaries assigned to labor in England, Vanuatu, Japan, and the Philippines, whose words strengthened our faith and deepened our commitment to answer the Lord’s call.

Truly, it was an evening of edification, reverence, and renewed dedication to the work of salvation.

A Night to Remember!

The Festive Walk 2026 ended on the highest note with a live concert and a social dance that had everyone moving, grooving, and celebrating together!

From music that lit up the night to dance steps that kept the energy alive, it was truly the perfect way to close out an unforgettable event last Saturday, July 25, at the Bacolod Stake Center/Bacolod Philippines Institute of Religion as it was filled with music, energy, and inspiration.

A blessed evening with Elder Thelmo Navarra during the Festive Walk Devotional last Saturday, July 25, 2026.

He reminded us that delaying righteous desires, like serving a mission, can be spiritually catastrophic. Sisters may serve optionally, but it’s a once-in-a-lifetime privilege that shapes eternal destiny.

True discipleship is found in devotion, service, and unwavering trust in the Lord.

Stand firm for truth even when no one else does. Obedience unlocks blessings, shortcuts only bring regret. Choosing the right brings peace & hope into your life.
