Today's Sunday Lesson: Psalm 139:14
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made."

We are reminded again that God:
Made us on Purpose and Wonderfully Made and that every child and every single person is a marvelous work of art created by God!🫶

So , when you feel that no one loves you, or feel not beautiful enough, remember that God fearfully and wonderfully made you, you are beautiful, you are valued and you are loved..

It's okay to feel angry, but God wants us to respond in the right way.

Children understood that:

God created every emotion for a purpose. Through Jesus, He teaches us how to express our feelings in ways that honor Him and love others. This empahized that God meets us in our emotions and guides us through Jesus.

Our focus emotion this Sunday is Anger:

"When Jesus had enough."

Jesus traveled to Jerusalem for
Passover.
Thousands of people came to
worship God. The Temple was loud.
Busy.Crowded.People were
buying and selling instead of
focusing on God.

Jesus was angry because:
People were disrespecting God.
People were making worship difficult.
People cared more about money than honoring God.

“I am the Lord’s servant. May your word for me be fulfilled”

On our third week lesson about emotions,

Mary did not understand everything, she felt scared, surprised and confused.
But Mary trusted God, and said YES to His plans.

This July we have 4 week lesson about emotions.

Last Sunday, we talked about HAnnah her emotion of sadness for not having a child. Hannah prayed so hard and God turned her tears to smile and felt surprise with joy when God answered her prayer.

Today We have Elijah who were brave to stand alone when everyone else turn to their idols. Elijah felt exhausted after everything had happened. But God knows He needs rest..

Whatever our feelings are today, May we be reminded that it's Okay to feel sad, alone and tired and Know that God will be there with us in any emotions we may have.

He knows how to take care of us because
He loves us so much ,
We can tell ALLL our feelings to HIM🙌🫶

God cares about us, when we are alone and sad..
