๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ. What you keep looking at becomes your destination. The body inevitably follows the eyes, where you look is where you will go. Our God is limitless, yet we often fixate on winds, waves, and worldly distractions that lead us into trouble. When Peter focused on the storm instead of the Savior, he began to sink. If we refuse to hear Godโs voice, we risk missing the very promise He has placed before us.
There are spiritual hazards along the way: fixating on what we shouldnโt instead of the Lord, dulling our ears to His Word, loving the world, holding onto sin, walking in hypocrisy, and prioritizing material things over eternal treasure. We are called not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. What has your gaze will guide your steps.
โI lift up my eyes to the hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord.โ Today, choose to look up. Fix your eyes on Jesus, and let your direction be shaped by His truth, His voice, and His endless grace.
