Kids enjoyed reading the books, though many still need assistance but it's nice to hear that they are willing to learn. While reading,they were task to find new words they encountered from the book they read. After that,each of them from grades one and up will read aloud the new words they listed. We let them read one at a time so we can assist them if they needed . Though it will take time ,we believe that if we will not get tired encouraging them to read and read more,for sure they will develop a habit of reading books and improve their reading skills.

Our RTG Kids again were blessed with additional books from our ministry partner, MEANS. Kids were so excited to open the booklets and read new stories.Dutingbour reading time,all of them picked a book they like and read it.We gave them guide questions as they read,such as,who were the characters in the story? What places were mentioned in the story? What important events happened in the story? After reading time,we picked 2-3 kids to share in front regarding the stories they read.
Those who cannot read well and need assistance were assisted by the mothers and our volunteer teachers.Praying that they will continue to get interest in reading books.

Big thanks to you our ministry partner,Means for the additional books you sent,God bless you more. Thank you for the support and encouragement to us to continue to minister to the community.

Thank you Lord for making this day a productive one for these kids in our RTG class.
We're still on the lesson from the story of Gideon and his 300 men.We learned how God chose an ordinary man like Gideon to become a leader and how He chose the 300 men from the 32,000.We did a Read Aloud,reading per group. Then,finding the nouns and verbs from each paragraph,connecting these to the story during our discussion.
Giving back all the glory to You O God for using our ministry partner, MEANS for their prayers, encouragement and financial support,so this community is blessed because their children get involved in our RTG class.
Our CFMBBC family and our teacher volunteers do keep praying for all of you MEANS volunteers GLOBAL and our donors too.

We praise You O Lord for making our RTG possible. Though the weather was not so good,but the Lord gave us enough time to spend with the kids and study the story of Moses. When Moses got tired of leading the Hebrew people,he went to his father -in-law, Jethro,and asked regarding on what to do about the quarrels and troubles of the people.
As suggested by priest Jethro,Moses choose
competent and honest men to be his helpers in leading the Hebrew people. With this idea, Moses's tasks became easier.Now he was not alone taking care and leading the Hebrew people but he has leaders who can now really helped him.
Some of the kids volunteered to Read Aloud the story. Then we find some words to study in our Word wall. Words that can connect and retell our story.
