A life devoted to God is a life that brings hope to many.

Today, we celebrate the 10th Sacerdotal Anniversary of Rev. Fr. Kent Merck S. Rios. Thank you for being a shepherd after God's own heart. Your kindness, humility, and dedication remind us of Christ's love each day.

The Rite of Investiture of the Knights of the Altar was solemnly celebrated on June 14, 2026 at Nuestra Señora de Salvacion Parish and this celebration was presided by Rev. Fr. Ramon T. Olam.

Last May 30, 2926, at Nuestra Señora de Salvacion Parish, a beautiful celebration of faith and devotion happened as flowers were offered to the Blessed Virgin Mary by the Flower Bearers, different Reynas, and Reyna Elena. The celebration featured the proclamation and crowning of Reyna Elena 2026, Her Majesty Sarah Jane I, and a serenade by Sem. Jun Mark Nacion, the giving of token and corsage to the Minor Sagalas and giving of token and bouquet to the Major Sagalas and Reyna Elena 2026, recognition of Bible Quiz winners, entertaining presentations from the different Kristiyanong Katilingban, and a special song from Rev. Fr. Ramon T. Olam reminding us to always trust in the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

To God be the glory, and may the Blessed Virgin Mary continue to guide us all.💐✨

IN PHOTOS | Santa Cruzan 2026 - Procession

Held on May 30, 2026, at Nuestra Señora de Salvacion Parish, the Santa Cruzan marked the joyful culmination of the month-long Flores de Mayo celebration, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary through faith, devotion, and tradition.

The procession began with the Image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, followed by the Ave Maria Angels, the Flower Bearers, the different Reynas representing various Marian virtues and titles, and Reyna Elena, Her Majesty Sarah Jane I, together with her Constantino and Obispo Macario, who symbolizes the discovery of the Holy Cross.

As the participants gracefully took part in the procession, the faithful were reminded of the virtues exemplified by the Blessed Virgin Mary—humility, purity, obedience, and unwavering trust in God.

IN PHOTOS | Culmination of Flores de Mayo 2026

With grateful hearts, we celebrate the successful Culmination of Flores de Mayo 2026, last May 30, 2026, through the Holy Mass presided over by our Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Ramon T. Olam, together with our Assistant Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Kent Merck S. Rios.

The celebration was made even more meaningful through the administration of Adult Baptism by Rev. Fr. Kent Merck S. Rios, welcoming new members into the Christian faith and the Church community.

As we conclude this year's Flores de Mayo, we thank all the children, youth, parents, volunteers, sponsors, and parishioners who participated and supported this month-long devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. May the faith, love, and lessons nurtured throughout this celebration continue to inspire us to live as faithful followers of Christ.

With hearts full of joy and gratitude, the Nuestra Señora de Salvacion Parish proudly congratulates Sem. Andfel Clent C. Dahili, Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, on his achievement during the 20th Ecclesiastical Graduation Ceremony of the Little Way College Seminary.

Your years of formation, dedication, and perseverance have led to this meaningful milestone. May God continue to bless and guide you as you continue your journey in faith and service to His people.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved brother in Christ, Andres Dahili, a faithful Lay Minister and dedicated Health Coordinator whose life was a beautiful reflection of service, compassion, and devotion to God and the community.

In this time of sorrow, we humbly ask relatives, friends, and parishioners to join us in praying for the eternal repose of his soul and in celebrating a life that touched many hearts through kindness, humility, and unwavering faith.

The wake is currently being held at the Calago Residence, Sitio Mantuhod, Brgy. Cabacungan, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.

The Funeral Mass will be held on June 2, 2026, at 1:00 in the afternoon at Nuestra Senora de Salvacion Parish Cabacungan, followed by interment at So. Asay Public Cemetery.

Though deeply mourned, he will forever be remembered for his generous heart, quiet dedication to ministry, and sincere love for serving others. His legacy of faith and service will continue to inspire all whose lives he touched.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your prayers, sympathy, and comforting presence during this difficult time. May God embrace him in His eternal peace, and may perpetual light shine upon his soul. 🙏🕊️

In prayerful remembrance of the Lord’s Supper, the faithful witnessed the reenactment of the sacred moment when our Lord Jesus Christ instituted the Holy Eucharist and the ministerial priesthood.

This solemn portrayal invites the Christian community to contemplate Christ’s self-giving love, His commandment of charity, and His humble service to His disciples. As we recall the offering of the Bread and the Cup, may we be renewed in faith and drawn closer to the mystery of Christ’s abiding presence among His people.

May this sacred observance deepen our devotion to the Holy Eucharist and inspire us to live in humble service and communion with one another.

In humble penitence and prayer, the faithful undertook the Penitential Walk, entering more deeply into the sacred mystery of the Lord’s Passion. Marked by silence, sacrifice, and reflection, this devotional act became a visible expression of repentance and a longing for conversion of heart.

United with the suffering Christ, the Christian community journeyed together in faith, offering prayers for forgiveness, healing, and renewal. May this sacred observance dispose our hearts toward true reconciliation and prepare us worthily for the triumph of the Lord’s Resurrection.
