The first phase renovation took a month.

The return took one Sunday.

The reason we gather? Still the same.

CHRIST.

Today’s Word reminded us of the blind man who came to Jesus unable to see and left seeing.

Opening our eyes, turning our hearts, and making us see Christ more clearly.

It’s still a long way before the renovation is finished, but we trust God with every step.

Friday equipping at Mandalagan Baptist Church

Can’t stop. Won’t stop.

We just want to keep doing our part in making sure that everyone is being equipped, growing, and learning to be useful in God’s Kingdom.

Not just gathering.
Not just attending.
But preparing people to serve.

One Friday at a time. One person at a time.

For His Church. For His Kingdom. For His glory.

The gospel stands or falls on the identity of Christ. Because Jesus is the great I AM, His sacrifice is sufficient to save all who repent and believe in Him. The One who existed before time stepped into history, took on flesh, bore the wrath our sins deserved, died in our place, and rose again in victory so that sinners might be reconciled to God.

May our worship never settle for a small view of Jesus. He is the eternal King, the promised Messiah, the Holy One of Israel, and the only Savior of the world.

"Jesus said to them, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.'"
— John 8:58

Soli Deo Gloria.

UNDER RENOVATION

Mandalagan Baptist Church's building is currently undergoing renovations. As part of the work, we're raising the floor to help protect the building from flooding. This project has only been possible because of God's faithful provision through the generous support and sacrificial giving of many. To everyone who prayed, gave, and served, thank you. We are deeply grateful.

But these renovations point us to something far greater than concrete and walls.

God is continually renovating His Church.

Not by reshaping it to fit the spirit of the age, but by reforming it according to His Word. The Church is always being called back to the pattern Christ gave us in the New Testament.

The road has not always been easy. There have been seasons of hardship, transitions, and beloved members who are no longer worshiping alongside us. Yet through every season, the Lord has remained faithful. The Church has never belonged to us, it belongs to Christ.

"I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." — Matthew 16:18

As these floors are being raised, we are reminded that God is still at work. He is building, refining, preserving, and sustaining Mandalagan Baptist Church, not merely as a building, but as His people.

Our prayer is that these renovated walls always serve the unchanging gospel, and may Christ alone continue to be the foundation of everything we do.

Soli Deo Gloria.

"A godly father is not a perfect man, but a redeemed man who points his family to the perfect Savior."

We thank God for the fathers in our church who faithfully lead, love, provide, pray, and serve. Your greatest legacy is not wealth, success, or achievements, but a life that consistently points your children to Jesus Christ.

As fathers, may we remember that our calling is not merely to raise good children, but to disciple them in the truth of God's Word, modeling repentance, humility, holiness, and unwavering faith in Christ.

To every father in our church family: thank you for your faithful labor. We pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen you to shepherd your homes for His glory.

"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love." — 1 Corinthians 16:13–14

Happy Father's Day from all of us at Mandalagan Baptist Church. Soli Deo Gloria.

YOUTH FELLOWSHIP at Kasagingan Mission Church Brgy. Ma-ao.

In a world that constantly pulls them away, we will continue pointing them to the only One who truly satisfies—Jesus Christ.

We will never stop discipling the next generation to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
