Bakyas Youth led the entire Sabbath program โ a day filled with worship, learning, and reminders of Godโs unfailing love.
We were blessed by the special inspirational messages of Bro. Khan and Bro. Calvin, who shared reflections on love โ a love that is centered on Christ.
During the divine service, Bro. Mike Severino reminded us that life often distracts us with small disappointments until we forget Godโs enduring goodness. Like a sheet of paper covered with tiny marks, adversities can overshadow the many blessings God has already given us. Yet Scripture calls us to fix our attention on His benefits.
Rather than concentrating on trials, we are encouraged to keep praising God so discouragement will not take hold โ whether our struggles are great or small. Count your blessings, not your troubles.
In the AYF program, Bro. Franze Cautivarโs lecture on Love, Music. โ it reminded us to appreciate the little things and never doubt the power of music to transform lives, especially when God is at the center.
May this special Sabbath of Love inspire us to reflect Christโs love in every word, every action, and every season of life.
