Sa palaabuton nga Mayo 2026, magasugod naman ang aton Flores de Mayo, ululupod kita sa paghalad sang mga bulak, oras kag pagpangamuyo para sa aton Mahal nga Birhen Maria. Indi lamang ini isa ka tradisyon kundi isa ka kahigayunan para mapatanyog pagid ang aton pagtoo.

Part of the Lenten Activities of our Parish this Holy Wednesday are the 5AM Via Crucis and 6AM Mass at the Grotto of the St James the Greater Church in Talisay City spearheaded by our Parish Priest Rev Fr Dodoy Poniado and participated by the parishioners who took time out of their busy schedules to have this meaningful reflection this Holy Week🙏🙏🙏

The Catholic Church designates October as the Month of Holy Rosary. During this month, the faithful venerate the Blessed Virgin Mary especially under her title of Our Lady of the Rosary. The St. Joseph the Worker Quasi Parish - Paglaum Village made special effort to honor the Holy Rosary with rosary procession followed by the mass with Rev. Fr. Leo Ma. Luanzon, MMHC (mass celebrant) and a short programme with a "Living Rosary" as we celebrate the Rosary Month Culmination. This reminds us of the power of the Rosary to foster a deeper connection with Jesus and Mary through meditative prayer, offering spiritual benefits such as peace, guidance and strength against evil.
Again we are proud and thankful for the success of the activity. Thank you very much for all your support.

Our former Chaplain, Rev Fr Alan Parreño, has returned to God's abode on June 11, 2025.

We request our dear brothers and sisters to pray for the eternal repose of the soul of our beloved priest.

Thank you Fr Alan for those 6 wonderful years you have served the Lord here in Paglaum. Rest assured, all the teachings you have imparted to us, will remain in our hearts forever.

Please bring our love with you as you lovingly stay in our Father's home.

May he rest in peace and find eternal joy.
