With hearts full of gratitude, we remember Merlyn Polidario, our former Parish Finance Secretary, a faithful servant of God, a dedicated servant of the Church, and a cherished part of our parish family.

Thank you for your dedication, generosity, and the countless ways you served our parish community. Your presence, kindness, and faithful service will forever remain in our hearts. May God welcome you into His eternal embrace and grant you everlasting peace.

Sa subong nga pag saulog, upod ang atun selebrante nga si 𝑅𝑒𝑣. 𝐹𝑟. 𝑊𝑖𝑙𝑚𝑎𝑟 𝐷𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑟, aton pagpamalandungan ang aton pagtuo sa tion sang kabudlayan kag kadulom. Indi malikawan nga mamangkot kita “Diin bala ang Dios? Yara pa bala Siya sa akon kabuhi?” Pero basi amo man ini ang tion nga ginapamangkot kita sang Ginoo, “Sin-o Ako para sa imo?” Kay ang aton pagtuo indi lamang dapat makita kon maayo ang tanan, kundi labi na gid kon ara kita sa tunga sang mga pagsulay.

Indi naton kontrolado ang tanan nga nagakatabo sa aton kabuhi, pero may ara kita sang pagpili kon paano kita magaatubang sini. Kabay nga sa baylo nga magpalayo kita sa Dios kon mabudlay, mas magpalapit pa kita sa Iya kag magsalig nga bisan sa tunga sang kadulom, yara Siya nagagiyá sa aton pakadto sa kapawa.

Sa subong nga pag saulog, upod ang atun selebrante nga si 𝑅𝑒𝑣. 𝐹𝑟. 𝑊𝑖𝑙𝑚𝑎𝑟 𝐷𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑟, ginapahanumdom sa aton ang isa ka importante nga pamangkot: “Asta sa diin ang imo pagtuo?” Indi lang ini pamangkot kon nagatuo kita sa Ginoo kon maayo ang aton kahimtangan, kundi kon kaya naton gihapon magsalig sa Iya bisan ara kita sa tunga sang kabudlayan kag pagtilaw.

Sa tion nga ginatestingan ang aton pagtuo, didto naton makita kon daw ano gid kalawig kag kalig-on ang aton pagsalig sa Ginoo. Mahimo nga may mga tion nga mapangduhaduha kita ukon kapuyon, pero ginatawag kita nga magpadayon sa pagtuo kag pag-ampo. Bisan indi naton makita dayon ang sabat sa aton mga pangamuyo, magsalig kita nga ang Ginoo may plano kag wala Niya kita ginapabay-an. Ang matuod nga pagtuo amo ang pagpili nga magsalig sa Iya, bisan mabudlay kag indi klaro ang aton ginaatubang.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗜𝗘!

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒗. 𝑳𝒐𝒖𝒊𝒆 𝑷. 𝑮𝒂𝒍𝒃𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝑩𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒅.

With hearts filled with joy and gratitude, we witnessed the solemn procession that marked the beginning of a historic day for the 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱—the installation of 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, as the 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱.

The Installation Ceremony was held at the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗹, where the faithful gathered in prayer and celebration to welcome our new shepherd.

During the Eucharistic Celebration, the homily was delivered by 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮, 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 reminding the faithful of the mission of a shepherd to lead with faith, love, and humility.

The installation was presided over by 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, who served as the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲.

May the Holy Spirit guide and strengthen you as you begin this new chapter of shepherding the faithful of the Diocese of Bacolod.
