NOTICE OF BIENNIAL ELECTION OF THE 27* BOARD OF TRUSTEES

TO ALL MEMBERS:

Please be informed that the term of office of the 26 Board of Trustees will end on August 31, 2025. The Board approved to hold Election according to its by-law.

For the convenience of the members, the Board adopts the sound rule of long standing to hold the election by correspondence.

The Calendar Events of the election is as follows:
August 1-21, 2025- Distribution of Notice of Election /Casting of Votes;
August 21, 2025(12 Noon) - Last day for the casting of election of ballots, and August 24, 2025 (9:30A.M.) - Canvassing of the Election Ballots.
For transparency reason the members are welcome to witness the canvassing of
Ballots.
