, transforming our community with God's grace and love. At Summit Christian Fellowship, the Sovereignty of God shapes every aspect of our faith journey. With unwavering belief, we find immense comfort and assurance in His absolute authority over every detail of our lives. In joy or trials, we draw strength from this profound understanding, living with hope, humility, and reverence. Aligned to God's will, we navigate life's complexities, finding peace and purpose in His unwavering truth. At Summit Christian Fellowship in Bacolod City, we are a close-knit Reformed Baptist community united by our shared commitment to be a Confessional Church. Centered around "The 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith," it guides our worship, discipleship, and ethical choices. With doctrinal clarity, we find inspiration for growth and humility, thoughtfully navigating modern challenges. Our living tradition bridges the past and present, embodying grace while holding steadfast to our convictions. As a radiant beacon of truth and love, we strive to transform lives in our community and beyond, shining the light of God's love into every corner of our existence. At Summit Christian Fellowship, our Calvinist identity shapes an intimate relationship with God. The five pillars of the TULIP doctrine form our beliefs—acknowledging humanity's sinfulness, God's sovereign choice, Christ's personal atonement, the Spirit's call, and eternal security. We embrace these truths wholeheartedly, finding solace and peace in God's transformative power. Christ's love for the elect makes His atoning work deeply personal. The Spirit stirs our hearts, and we illuminate our community with grace, hope, and love. At Summit Christian Fellowship, these beliefs go beyond theology—they are the essence of our spiritual journey, connecting us intimately to God and one another. At Summit Christian Fellowship, the Reformation's core principles aren't distant ideas, but intimate truths that shape our hearts and lives. We wholeheartedly confess the 5 Solas, defining our faith and practice. Sola Scriptura guides us, recognizing Scripture's ultimate authority. Through Sola Gratia, we find deep comfort in God's grace as the foundation of our salvation, knowing we can't earn it. Sola Fide humbles us, embracing faith as the exclusive means of justification, letting go of self-reliance. Solus Christus draws us close to Jesus, acknowledging His unmatched role in our redemption. Soli Deo Gloria becomes our anthem, giving God glory in every moment. Together, we become a radiant community, transformed by God's grace, shining His light into our world. At Summit Christian Fellowship, our Baptist distinctives are deeply personal beliefs shaping who we are. Believer Baptism symbolizes our commitment to Jesus Christ, a beautiful reminder of God's grace. Congregational Government fosters an intimate community, valuing each member's voice in discerning God's leading. These distinctives weave into our spiritual journey, forging an unbreakable bond with God and one another. At Summit Christian Fellowship, our heart and mission revolve around being a discipleship-focused church. We are passionately committed to nurturing and equipping believers to grow deeper in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. Discipleship is not just a program, but the essence of our community. Through intentional teaching, mentoring, small groups, and personal relationships, we seek to foster spiritual maturity, biblical knowledge, and a life transformed by Christ's love. As we journey together, we joyfully embrace the call to make disciples, empowering each member to become a true reflection of Christ in their families, workplaces, and communities. Therefore, At Summit Christian Fellowship, our belief in the particular redemption of Jesus Christ shapes our Reformed Baptist identity. We hold that His sacrifice was exclusively for the elect, emphasizing God's sovereignty in salvation. DAY 2 — GOD’S OMNIPOTENCE

“He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”
— Colossians 1:17

God is almighty. Nothing is too hard for Him, and no power can resist or overcome His sovereign will.

God’s omnipotence means that He possesses infinite power and exercises that power perfectly according to His sovereign counsel. His power is never arbitrary or independent of His holy nature. Rather, God accomplishes all that He has purposed, sustains all things by His power, and governs them according to His eternal will.

Nothing exists beyond His providential rule. Nothing can frustrate His counsel. The God who created all things is the same God who upholds all things and faithfully accomplishes His purposes.

Day 2 | Prayer & Fasting Week

Let us pray that we would trust in the omnipotent power of our God, resting confidently in His sovereign providence and in the certainty that He is able and faithful to accomplish all that He has purposed.

DAY 1 — THE FREEDOM OF GOD

“Our God is in the heavens; he does whatever he pleases.”
— Psalm 115:3

God is perfectly free. He is dependent upon no one, constrained by no one, and governed by no authority outside Himself.

God’s freedom is not the freedom to act contrary to His nature. Rather, God freely wills and accomplishes all that He pleases, always according to His holy, wise, and sovereign nature.

Nothing can thwart His will. Nothing can compel Him. He is God, and He does all His good pleasure.

Day 1 | Prayer & Fasting Week
Let us pray that we would rest in the sovereign freedom of our God and submit ourselves joyfully to His will.

As we watch wars rage and conflicts escalate across the world, James 3 reminds us of a deeper truth: when wisdom from God is absent, rivalry and instability multiply.

But true wisdom, the kind that comes from God, restrains conflict and produces peace. SCF, let our lives be change by the wisdom that comes from above.

Soli Deo Gloria!
