"BREAKING EVERY CHAIN"

Bro Winnie Pacheco’s sermon on Luke 8:26–39 really reminds me that Jesus doesn’t only want to free us from what is hurting or controlling us.. He wants to restore us, transform us, and give our lives a purpose.

Thank God for using Bro Winnie to deliver this message because it speaks to many of the chains we may carry silently.. grudges, insecurity, peer pressure, painful experiences, failures, unhealthy habits, and even the things from our past that we continue to hold on to.

Sometimes we think we are too broken or too far gone, but this story shows that no one is beyond the reach of Jesus. He can restore peace, dignity, hope, and purpose.

What touched me most is the progression.. Freedom → Transformation → Testimony.

Jesus frees us, He changes us, and then He
sends us to share what He has done. Ang aton testimony indi kinahanglan perfect.. it simply needs to be real.

Like the demon-possessed man who was once isolated and broken but became a messenger of what Jesus had done, our past can become part of our testimony.

Thank You, Lord, for using Winnie to remind us that our chains do not have to define us. Jesus breaks every chain.. not only to set us free, but to transform our lives and use our stories to lead others to Him. 🙏❤️

"WHEN GOOD PEOPLE DON’T ALWAYS AGREE"

Acts 15:36–41 is a very real picture of ministry and relationships. Paul and Barnabas both loved the Lord and had the same mission, but they had a strong disagreement about John Mark. This reminds us that even faithful people can have different perspectives, disappoint each other, and still be used by God.

1. DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES DON’T ALWAYS MEAN DIFFERENT PURPOSES.

Paul and Barnabas disagreed, but their disagreement did not mean that one of them stopped loving God or caring about the mission. Sometimes, we can disagree with someone without making them our enemy. Indi kinahanglan nga pareho kita tanan sang panan-aw para maghigugmaay kag magserbisyo sa Ginoo. We can see things differently and still have the same heart.. to serve God and help people.

2. PEOPLE CAN FAIL YOU AND STILL HAVE A FUTURE.

John Mark had failed before, but Barnabas was willing to give him another opportunity. This teaches us to give room for grace, growth, and God to work. Kay ang grace nga ginahatag sang Ginoo sa aton libre man.. so we should also learn to extend grace to others. Indi naton sila pagdalian. Sometimes, people need time to mature, heal, and become who God wants them to be. God has His own powerful timing.

3. DISAGREEMENT DOES NOT HAVE TO DESTROY GOD’S PURPOSE.

Paul and Barnabas went separate ways, but the mission did not stop. In fact, the Gospel continued to spread through both of them. Sometimes, we may not understand each other today, but God can still work through both of us. Our conflict does not have to become God's cancellation.

And this is why I thank God for Bro. Kristo Lanzar Salavaria and for the message today. It reminds us that ministry is not about being perfect or always agreeing. It is about having grace, giving people room to grow, and trusting that God is bigger than our differences, our failures, and even our disagreements. 🙏🩵

"SWIMMING AGAINST THE CURRENT OF UNHOLINESS"

1 Peter 1:13–16 | Bro. Raffy Gadayan

Thank you, Bro. Raffy, for that powerful reminder today. We are living in a world that constantly pulls us in the opposite direction, but as Christians, we are called to swim against the current.

I love the reminder that right living starts with right thinking.. we need to prepare our minds, practice self-control, obey God, and live differently because we are called to be holy.

Being holy doesn’t mean we are sinless, but that we strive to sin less and become more like Christ. So let’s ask ourselves.. Can people see God’s character through the way I live, speak, and treat others?

And when our faith is tested, let’s continue to persevere, knowing that our ultimate goal is to be with Jesus in heaven.

And today, we are also happy to welcome Sister Emily Divinigracia to our Ushering Team! Sis Emily, welcome to the family! We are excited to serve alongside you. May God use your heart, your hands, and your service to help people feel welcomed and experience God’s love.

"UNTIL CHRIST IS FORMED IN THEM"
(Mid-Week Devotional)

To God be all the glory for another meaningful and faith filled Midweek Devotional! We are truly grateful to God for using Bro. Darryl to deliver such a timely and heartfelt lesson from Galatians 4:19 entitled "Until Christ Is Formed in Them."

Through Paul's example, we were reminded that spiritual growth is not something we can force. Just as a loving parent patiently nurtures a child, mature Christians are called to lovingly guide young disciples until Christ is fully formed in them.

The lesson challenged us with two important responsibilities:

1. Continue to Plant - Walk with Them
Like a newly planted seed, young Christians need time to grow. Let us continue praying with them, studying God's Word together, following up on their spiritual journey, and inspiring them to know God more deeply. Growth is a process, and God never expects instant maturity.

2. Water Them – Be an Example to Them
May our lives become a testimony of obedience, conviction, humility, repentance, and faithfulness. Let us never pressure others to mature quickly but instead love them, support them, and patiently walk alongside them. After all, we are also products of God's amazing patience.

As Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not become weary in doing good..." May we faithfully continue to plant and water until Christ is formed in those God has entrusted to our care.

We would also like to extend our warmest birthday greetings to all our physical and spiritual birthday celebrants for the month of July. Thank you to the Barnabas Ministry for preparing this month's Birthday Bash and for making our celebration special. May the Lord continue to bless each celebrant with abundant grace, good health, and a fruitful walk with Christ.

Finally, our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Teen Ministry for beautifully leading us in worship and serving through the music this evening. Thank you for using your God-given talents to glorify Him and lead the congregation into His presence.

May we all continue to plant, water, and trust God to give the growth.. until Christ is formed in them. To God alone be all the glory!

"THE GOD WHO SEES US"

Luke 7:11–17

Today's message from Bro. Darryl was a beautiful reminder of who God truly is.. El Roi, the God who sees us. Thank you, Bro. Darryl, for allowing God to speak through you today. This lesson reminds us that no matter what season we are in, we are never unseen by our Heavenly Father.

1. A God Who Sees Us Knows Our Pain
Jesus did not ignore the widow's sorrow. He stepped into her grief and gently said, "Don't cry." That tells us something incredible about our Savior. He doesn't stand at a distance and simply watch us suffer.. He comes near. He sees every tear, every silent prayer, and every burden we carry. Even when no one else understands our pain, Jesus does. He is still the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

2. A God Who Sees Us Has Authority Over Death

When Jesus said, "Young man, I say to you, get up," death had no choice but to obey. Where people saw the end, Jesus saw an opportunity to reveal God's power. The same Jesus who raised the young man is still able to bring life to the dead places in our hearts.. our broken dreams, fading hope, damaged relationships, and weakened faith. Nothing is impossible for the One who has authority over life and death.

3. A God Who Sees Us Is Worthy to Be Glorified
The people of Nain glorified God because they recognized that He had visited them. In the same way, God continues to visit us today. Despite our sinful nature and imperfections, He still sees us as precious and deeply loved. He desires to walk with us, speak to us, restore us, and heal us. That alone is enough reason to give Him all the glory.

The question that challenged us the most today was: "How do you see the God that you are worshipping?" If we truly believe He is El Roi.. the God who sees us.. then we can trust Him completely. We don't have to face life alone because the God who sees us is also the God who loves us, comforts us, and has the power to transform our funerals into celebrations.

Thank you, Bro. Darryl Villa, for this timely reminder. May we never forget that even in our darkest moments, God sees us, walks with us, and is always at work for His glory and for our good. May our response always be to worship Him, trust Him, and glorify His name.

When God Speaks... Will We Listen? 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to Teacher B**g Lacanilao for sharing God's powerful message entitled "When God Speaks" based on Psalm 19:1–14.

We were reminded that God is constantly speaking to us in three powerful ways:

1. God reveals His glory through creation. 🌍☀️🌌
Every sunrise, the vast ocean, and the stars in the Milky Way declare His greatness. Creation is God's continuous sermon in a universal language, leaving us without excuse to recognize His power and majesty.

Challenge: Let creation preach to you. Put your phone down, remove the distractions, and simply listen to the Creator.

2. God reveals His will through Scripture. 📖
"The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul..." (Psalm 19:7-11)

God's Word refreshes our soul, gives wisdom to the simple, brings joy to the heart, gives light to our eyes, and stands forever.

If your soul is dry, don't add more noise—add more of God's Word.
If you're not okay, the Word is the remedy.

Ask yourself: Is your Bible more precious to you than your phone? More valuable than gold?

3. God requires a clean heart. ❤️
(Psalm 19:12-14)

"Forgive my hidden faults... Keep your servant also from willful sins..."

The message ended with three simple but life-changing responses:

Look Up. Open Up. Give Up.

Look up to God. Open your heart. Give your life completely to Him.

And today, heaven rejoices! 🎉

We celebrate with great joy as our sister, Emily Divinigracia, made the greatest decision of her life by accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized today. Welcome to God's family, Sis. Emily! May your new life in Christ be filled with His grace, love, and faithfulness.

"THE VIRTUE OF GENTLENESS"

"Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near." Philippians 4:5

Thank you, Bro. Dennis Vii Demegillo Jr., for reminding us that gentleness is not weakness.. it is Christ's strength displayed through us.

Today's message centered on Philippians 4:5, reminding us to let our gentleness be evident to everyone because the Lord is near. Our gentleness is a testimony of our faith and a reflection of Christ living in us.

Today we learned that gentleness is the opposite of being harsh, easily angered, and causing conflict. Instead of adding to conflict, we are called to reflect the heart of Jesus by choosing peace, humility, forgiveness, and grace. As Paul teaches, it is better to suffer wrong than to create more chaos. Gentleness is not optional.. it is a virtue every Christian should display.

"The Lord is near." Our Judge sees not only our actions but also how we treat others. May we never forget the lesson from the parable of the unforgiving servant.. the mercy we have received from God should be the same mercy we extend to others.

Our greatest reason to be gentle is simple.. we aim to be like Christ. Jesus was gentle with the broken, patient with the weak, and full of compassion. If we truly follow Him, our lives should reflect His character.

What a joyful and glorious day!🎉🎉🙏🙏

Heaven is celebrating, and so are we! With hearts full of gratitude and excitement, we warmly welcome our dear sister Rachel as she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior today!

What a beautiful decision that will change her life for eternity. As Luke 15:7 reminds us, there is great rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents. Welcome to the family of God, Rachel! We are so blessed to walk this journey of faith with you. May God's love, peace, and amazing grace fill every step of your new life in Christ. ❤️

Let us all choose gentleness this week and let it be evident to everyone, because when we become more like Christ, the world will see Christ in us. 🙏

"BACK TO THE BUSINESS OF JESUS"

Another powerful reminder from God.

All glory, honor, and praise belong to our Lord Jesus Christ for another life changing message delivered through Bro. Armel Villareal. Thank you, Bro. Armel Villareal , for allowing God to use you as His vessel in reminding us to get back to the business of Jesus!

Luke 19:10
"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."

One statement that truly struck my heart is "Mission doesn't just require strength; mission gives strength."

Three powerful reminders:

Our Mission Never Changes.
Jesus' mission did not end when He ascended to heaven. He entrusted that very same mission to us.. to seek and save the lost. Methods may change, but the mission remains the same.

Mission Brings Life. (John 4:34, Isaiah 40:31)
There is a different kind of strength that only comes from serving God. When we do His will, He renews our strength in ways physical rest never can. Mission fuels our hearts just as fuel keeps the fire burning. The Church stays alive when God's people remain on mission.

Everyone Has a Part. (Ephesians 4:15–16, 1 Corinthians 12:12–27)
The Body of Christ is made up of different people with different gifts, yet we all share one mission. Every disciple has a purpose. Every believer has a role. No one is insignificant in God's Kingdom.

The challenge that echoed in my heart:
• Who prayed for you?
• Who studied the Bible with you?
• Who are you praying for now?

Imagine if every disciple intentionally reached one person for Christ. The Kingdom of God would continue to grow from one transformed life to another.

We also praise God for the inspiring testimony shared by Mika Santiago from the Iloilo Youth Ministry.

Raised in a Christian home, she shared how, during her teenage years, she searched for fulfillment in worldly things and even struggled with isolation during the pandemic. Yet God's love never stopped pursuing her. Through a Bible study invitation, she encountered Jesus personally and discovered the identity that only God can give.. an identity that nothing in this world can ever take away. Today, not only is she faithfully serving in the Youth Ministry, but her family's journey of seeking God has also become a beautiful testimony of His transforming grace.

Her life reminds us of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9:
"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness."

Indeed, following Christ comes with challenges, but His grace is always sufficient. His strength is always enough.

May we never grow comfortable. May we never live a double life. Instead, let us faithfully continue the mission that Jesus entrusted to us.

Let's get back to the business of Jesus.. seeking the lost, making disciples, and living every day with eternal purpose.

"TRIPLETS OF THE YEAR"

Heaven is rejoicing today as we celebrate the baptism of our two baby boys, CJ and Arbie, and our baby girl, Arianne! 🤍🙏

Today marks a beautiful milestone in their journey of faith as they publicly declare their decision to follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for God's amazing grace and faithfulness in their lives.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to our Iloilo Youth and all our brothers and sisters in Christ kuya Armel Villareal and team Ilo-Ilo for witnessing, praying, and rejoicing with us as our precious children took this important step of faith. Your love, encouragement, and support made this day even more meaningful.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away; behold, the new has come." 2 Corinthians 5:17

"Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38
