Productive Sunday! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Yesterday, August 2, our parish catechists gathered for a fruitful meeting in preparation for the upcoming Canonical Installation of Bishop Louie Galbines as the 7th Bishop of the Diocese. From discussing plans to crafting flaglets for the welcoming activities, the day was truly filled with teamwork and joyful service.

At the same time, holy rosaries were distributed to the First Communicants of Flores de Mayo 2026. This meaningful gift was made possible through the generosity of Mrs. Olive Musang, to whom we extend our heartfelt gratitude. May these rosaries inspire our young communicants to continue growing in faith and deepen their devotion to our Blessed Mother.

Naghiwat kita kahapon, Marso 30, sang Sundown Lenten Reflection sa pagkomemorar sang Lunes Santo. Isa ini ka solemne kag balaan nga hilikuton, nga nagahatag sa aton sang kahigayunan nga mas mapalapit kag mas maintindihan ang kahulugan sang Kwaresma, ilabi na ang kabuhi kag sakripisyo sang aton Ginoong Hesukristoโ€”sa iya kasakit, kamatayon, kag pagkabanhaw.

Ang tema naton nakatutok sa iya pag-antus sa dalanon sang Kalbaryo, nga nagapakita sang daku nga gugma kag pagluwas sa katawhan gikan sa sala.

HOSANNA SA ANAK NI DAVID! ๐ŸŒฟ

Palm Sunday begins our Holy Week, the most sacred time for us as Catholics. Today, we remember how Jesus entered Jerusalem and was welcomed as King. But this same King chose the path of suffering and the Cross to save us.

This teaches us something important about our faith.
Jesus is truly the Messiah, the Savior we have been waiting for.
And His kingship is not about power or fame, but about love, sacrifice, and obedience to the Father.

The palms we carry are more than just symbols. They remind us that following Christ means more than praising Him when it is easy. It means staying with Him even in sacrifice, in struggles, and in the Cross.

As we begin this Holy Week, may we return to God with sincere hearts. Let us pray more, reflect more, and truly live what we believe.

โ€œBlessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.โ€
