Today, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMI), together with our partner organizations, gathered with one mission—to help protect and preserve our environment through mangrove planting.

Although the activity could not proceed due to the unexpected high tide, our commitment to environmental stewardship remains strong. Sometimes nature reminds us that we must work according to its timing.

This is not the end—it is simply to be continued next week. We look forward to returning with the same enthusiasm and dedication to plant mangroves for a greener and more resilient future.

Prisoners’ Visit & Feeding Mission

“I was in prison and you came to visit me.” – Matthew 25:36

Today, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII)- OLMMPS -Mansilingan Circle conducted our Prisoners’ Visit and Feeding Mission, sharing meals and offering prayers to the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

Through this simple act of charity, we hope to bring a small light of hope and remind them that God’s mercy is always available to those who sincerely seek Him.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to talk with some of the PDLs and learned about the different circumstances that brought them there, including cases involving theft, illegal drugs, and homicide. More than their past mistakes, we saw individuals who still need compassion, guidance, and the chance to change.

As Christians, we believe that no one is beyond God’s grace. Let us continue to pray that they may truly repent, ask God’s forgiveness, find healing, and be transformed through His love. May they have the strength to leave their old ways behind and begin a new life centered on faith, hope, and righteousness.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our DMI Sisters and generous donors whose support made this mission possible. Your kindness has touched lives and reminded our brothers behind bars that they are not forgotten.

“Lord, touch their hearts, strengthen their faith, and lead them back to You. May Your mercy bring healing, repentance, and a new beginning for each one of them. Amen.” 💙
