Just a quick reminder that the deadline for camp form applications is on February 18 (Wed), 2026.
Camp Location: Baguio City, Philippines
Camp Proper: April 19-26, 2026

Download the application form, have it printed, and filled in. Complete all required sections of the camp form

Submit your form on or before the deadline
Late submissions may be accommodated, but we will prioritise applications who submitted on or before the deadline.
Here are some quick FAQs that might help you with your initial questions:
Question #1: To whom should I submit these forms?
Ans: Please submit the answered forms to your local Pastor.
Question #2: I want to join the camp as a Camper, but I/my family would need financial assistance. Can I still join?
Ans: Yes! There is an Assistance Request form attached to the Camper Application form you can fill it up and submit to your local Pastor.
Question #3: I want to volunteer as Staff. What would I need to prepare for?
Ans: The Staff Application form contains most of the information you'll need about being a staff for this year's C*C Camp.
