The welcoming rites begin in marking of Bishop Louie's first steps to the Diocese in the Tanolo Bridge located in Municipality of Hinigaran. It was followed by a motorcade from going to the San Sebastian Cathedral accompanied by the clergy and faithful.

Upon arrival at the heart of Diocese, Bishop Louie and Bishop Patricio share a warm hug of brotherhood and continuing of procession happened until the San Sebastian Cathedral, where in his message Bishop Louie ask everyone to pray for him as he embark this new journey of being our sheperd.
