Holy Thursday | April 2, 2026

In prayerful remembrance of the Lord’s Supper, the faithful witnessed the reenactment of the sacred moment when our Lord Jesus Christ instituted the Holy Eucharist and the ministerial priesthood.

This solemn portrayal invites the Christian community to contemplate Christ’s self-giving love, His commandment of charity, and His humble service to His disciples. As we recall the offering of the Bread and the Cup, may we be renewed in faith and drawn closer to the mystery of Christ’s abiding presence among His people.

May this sacred observance deepen our devotion to the Holy Eucharist and inspire us to live in humble service and communion with one another.

IN PHOTOS | PENITENTIAL WALK

In humble penitence and prayer, the faithful undertook the Penitential Walk, entering more deeply into the sacred mystery of the Lord’s Passion. Marked by silence, sacrifice, and reflection, this devotional act became a visible expression of repentance and a longing for conversion of heart.

United with the suffering Christ, the Christian community journeyed together in faith, offering prayers for forgiveness, healing, and renewal. May this sacred observance dispose our hearts toward true reconciliation and prepare us worthily for the triumph of the Lord’s Resurrection.

IN PHOTOS | MAUNDY THURSDAY

On this sacred day, the Church commemorates the humble act of our Lord Jesus Christ, who knelt to wash the feet of His disciples, exemplifying the virtues of love, humility, and service. In the celebration of the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, we are drawn to reflect on the profound gift of the Holy Eucharist and the call to serve one another in charity.

These moments, captured in prayer and devotion, invite the faithful to meditate on Christ’s selfless sacrifice and His enduring presence among us. May we, too, embrace His example of service and love, walking in His footsteps during this Holy Triduum.

IN PHOTOS | PARISH LENTEN RECOLLECTION AND HEALING MASS FOR ELDERLY AND THE SICK

In the spirit of this sacred Lenten season, our community gathered for a meaningful Lenten Recollection and Healing Mass for the Elderly and the Sick. This special gathering offered a time for reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal as we entrusted our intentions to the Lord.

Through the celebration of the Holy Mass and prayers for healing, we lifted up our elderly and sick brothers and sisters, asking God to grant them strength, comfort, and renewed hope. May this blessed occasion remind us of the Lord’s loving presence, especially in times of weakness and suffering.

The Parish Lenten Recollection was facilitated by Sem. Jun Mark M. Nacion , followed by a Healing Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Kent Merck S. Rios and assisted by Rev. Fr. Ramon T. Olam.

May the grace received from this recollection and healing Mass continue to bring peace, courage, and healing to all who participated.

As we enter the most solemn days of the Holy Week Celebration, we gathered in prayerful reflection for the Lenten Recollection followed by the Sending Off of the Apostoles and Dolorosa.

This meaningful gathering invited us to pause, reflect, and renew our faith as we meditate on the passion, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through the sending off of the Apostoles and Dolorosa, we are reminded of the faithful disciples and the sorrowful journey of Our Blessed Mother, who remained steadfast in love and devotion.

May this sacred occasion inspire us to deepen our relationship with God, strengthen our unity as one faith community, and walk with Christ with renewed hearts throughout this Holy Week.
