Taking our Sabbath worship to the great outdoors!

The Handum Adventist Youth Ministry of the Upper Handumanan SDA Church traded our usual Sabbath afternoon setting for the fresh air of the Bacolod City Lagoon. Under the vast sky, surrounded by Godโ€™s creation, we found a deeper connectionโ€”not just with nature, but with each other and our Creator.

It was a beautiful afternoon of fellowship, praise, and appreciation for the masterpiece of Godโ€™s outdoors. Truly a Sabbath afternoon well spent.

There is truly nothing like the warmth of a Christ-centered Adventist fellowship. The ๐‡๐š๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐€๐๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ had the privilege of stepping away from the noise of the world to stand "๐๐ž๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐‡๐ข๐ฆ." Our youth family returned from the ๐€๐๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” not just inspired, but deeply transformed. We spent time in His presence, and the overflow is already evident in the unity and joy within our group. We are coming home recharged, refocused, and ready to live lives that truly honor Him.

The fire is lit, the community is strengthened, and we are more than ready for what God has in store.

A commitment isnโ€™t just ink on a board; it is the posture of a heart decided. This weekend, we didnโ€™t just discuss our callingโ€”we declared it. We left the retreat carrying more than just memories; we left with a divine mandate.

These commitments represent our decision to stop settling for the ordinary and start chasing the purpose God has placed in each of us. These boards are testaments to the fact that we are a generation determined to live out our God-given calling.
