Today, we celebrate the 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, also known as 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮. As 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 and 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 present the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 in the Temple, we recognize Him as the 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.

In his homily, 𝗙𝗿. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱d reminded us that 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 are 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 by 𝗚𝗼𝗱 with the care of their children. 𝗚𝗼𝗱 alone is the true 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 and 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 of all life; we are called 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀, but to faithfully 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 and 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 what He has 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 in our care.

May the Light of Christ, presented in the Temple, guide our hearts in faithful obedience to God’s will. As we entrust all that we have to the Lord, may we be strengthened to serve Him with humility, reverence, and steadfast faith. 🕯❤️‍🔥

𝗡𝗶𝗻̃𝗼 nag-awhag kanato sa 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘄 𝘀𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗴 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘀 sa atong adlaw-adlaw nga kinabuhi pinaagi sa 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝗴-𝗼𝘀 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴, aron atong masabtan ug masunod ang kabubut-on sa Dios nga nagdala kanato sa paglaum ug bag-ong kinabuhi. Gipatin-aw usab nga ang maanindot nga hiyas sa bata—𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻,, 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻, ug 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻—mao ang tinuod nga kanindot nga nagagikan sa sulod, diin motubo ang gugma nga nagbag-o sa kasingkasing ug nagahatag kahayag sa uban.

Magpadayon kita sa paglakaw uban sa Sto. Niño, tinubdan sa paglaum, gugma, ug pagbag-o, aron ang atong parokya ug matag panimalay mapuno sa grasya, kalinaw, ug buhing pagtuo.

Sa hapsay nga kahilom human sa Misa, naglakaw kita uban sa pag-ampo sa kasingkasing. Sa matag lakang, atong ipadayag ang atong pagsalig nga ang Sto. Niño mao ang kahayag sa atong dalan ug tinubdan sa paglaum.

Kini nga sagrado nga panaw naghiusa kanato isip usa ka komunidad sa pagtuo, diin ang atong debosyon nahimong buhing saksi sa gugma sa Señor Santo Niño nga nagbag-o ug naghatag kahulugan sa atong kinabuhi.

Today marks the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱/𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 of 𝗙𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗡. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁.

One year ago, on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, he was ordained and began his journey of priestly service—rooted in faith, shaped by sacrifice, and offered wholeheartedly to God and His people. In just one year, his ministry has already touched many lives through prayer, guidance, and genuine pastoral care. ✨

𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟬𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 |

𝗙𝗿. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗱𝗮, together with co-presiders 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗡. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗭𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻, and 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗯.

In his deeply moving homily, 𝗙𝗿. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 reminded the faithful of the very heart of our Jubilee journey, saying: "𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝘂𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝘂𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗼 𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝘂𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗻𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼." This powerful message called everyone to 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, allowing 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀, the community was led through a 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 and 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 highlighting 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘄-𝗗𝘂𝗮𝘄 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆, recalling moments of 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, and shared mission throughout the Jubilee Year. The celebration 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 with a 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵, lovingly 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 and 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 by the 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀—an expression of communion, gratitude, and fellowship as one Vicariate family.

As the 𝗝𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲, may its grace continue to inspire us 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, and 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, guided always by the 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁.
