Holy Communion is the greatest gift Christ has given to His Church. In receiving the Holy Eucharist worthily, we receive not merely a symbol, but Jesus Christ Himself—His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. Through this sacred encounter, God pours countless spiritual graces into our lives.

✝️ 𝟭. 𝗜𝗧 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗦 𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧

• Holy Communion deepens our union with Jesus Christ.

• It also strengthens our communion with every member of His Church.

• Together, we become one Body in Christ.

The Eucharist builds up the unity of the Church.

• The Eucharist nourishes the divine life first received at Baptism.

• It strengthens us to live as faithful children of God.

• It renews our commitment to follow Christ every day.

Holy Communion helps us live out our baptismal vocation.

✝️ 𝟯. 𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗨𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗥

• Receiving Christ calls us to recognize Him in those who are suffering.

• The Eucharist inspires works of charity and mercy.

• We cannot truly love Christ in the Eucharist while neglecting our neighbor.

Love received at the altar must become love lived in the world.

✝️ 𝟰. 𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗜𝗡

• Holy Communion strengthens us against temptation.

• It increases sanctifying grace within the soul.

• It helps us persevere in holiness and avoid serious sin.

The closer we remain to Christ, the stronger we become in the spiritual battle.

• Worthy reception of the Eucharist cleanses us of venial sins.

• It heals the wounds caused by our daily faults.

• It inflames our love for God and weakens our attachment to sin.

The Eucharist purifies the soul and restores spiritual strength.

✝️ 𝟲. 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗜𝗡

• Holy Communion draws us into a deeper friendship with Christ.

• It strengthens our desire to reject sin and pursue holiness.

• It forms our hearts to choose God's will above all else.

The more we receive Christ with faith, the more we are transformed into His likeness.

Every worthy Holy Communion is a priceless gift. Through the Eucharist, Christ unites us to Himself, strengthens us with His grace, forgives venial sins, protects us from future mortal sin, deepens our love for others, and prepares us for eternal life.

Happy fiesta St. Jospeh the worker gimong, Batan, Kabayan, Benguet!
The day was filled with joy, laughter and blessings as the community remembered thier anniversary.
It was celebrated through Holy Mass, where in, Rev. Fr. Nelson emphasized in his homily on the characteristics of St. Joseph that inspires and challenges the community to be more like St. Jospeh namely;
Bieng Just man, Obedient to the Fathers will, having a moment of silence, and loving Eucharist- that is Jesus.
Also, we welcomed 2 new members of the cathplic family thrpugh baptism.
After wchich, the community had thier program where the members and other gimongs laid thier message and their talents as a sign of oneness with the Batan Gimong.
Congratulations also to the 18 participants of BCC to this day, completed and recieved thier awards and certificates.

🎉 Happy 27th Feast, Dituan Gimong! 🎉

Through the powerful intercession of their patron, St. Mark, the Dituan community joyfully celebrated a fiesta overflowing with grace and blessings!
It was a beautiful day of gathering in unity and communion, centered on a soulful Eucharistic celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Nelson T. Domerez, Parish Priest of Sayangan Parish.
The celebration was made even more special as we welcomed three new members into the fold through the Sacrament of Baptism, and stood in proud gratitude as 22 children successfully completed their Basic Children’s Catechism 2026.
We thank God for the gifts of knowledge, understanding, and perseverance displayed by these young hearts! 📖✨

It was truly a day of vibrant joy, laughter, and solidarity as neighboring Gimongs joined in the festivities.
Cheers to a stronger, more united faith community! 🙌❤️
