𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮 | Feast Day of St. John Paul II

Today, we celebrate the Feast of St. John Paul II, a shepherd who inspired millions through his deep faith, love for the youth, and unwavering devotion to Christ and the Blessed Mother. His life was a testimony of hope, mercy, and courage in proclaiming the Gospel to all nations.

As we continue our 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 celebration, may we be strengthened by St. John Paul II’s words: “Do not be afraid. Open wide the doors for Christ!” Like him, let us live as witnesses of faith, anchored in hope and sent to shine God’s light wherever we go.

Through the intercession of St. John Paul II, patron of the World Youth Day, youth and families, may we always find joy in serving the Lord and courage in living our faith with love and purpose.

𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭 | Feast Day of San Pedro Calungsod

Today, we honor San Pedro Calungsod, a young missionary and martyr who gave his life for the faith. As a catechist and companion in the mission, he stood firm in his love for Christ, even unto death.

As we celebrate our 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, may we be inspired by San Pedro’s courage and dedication to serve. Like him, may we live out our calling with boldness, bringing Christ to others through our words and actions, fully embracing our theme:
“𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞, 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞.”

Through the life of San Pedro Calungsod, patron of the Filipino youth, altar servers, catechists, and missionaries, we are reminded that even the young can be saints, and that holiness is possible through service, sacrifice, and unwavering faith.

Today, we honor St. Carlo Acutis, the first millennial saint — a young soul who used technology and media to spread the love of Christ.

As we celebrate our 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, may we be inspired by St. Carlo's example to use our gifts and digital platforms to share hope, faith, and light, truly living out our theme: “𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞, 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞.”
