✨ Holy Week Prayer Night Highlights ✨

From March 29 to April 5, 2026 (Palm Sunday to Resurrection Sunday), we gathered online every 8PM for a powerful time of prayer, reflection, and worship. 🙏

Each night, we were guided by our Journey to the Cross devotional series—posted every morning—helping us fix our eyes on Jesus and walk intentionally through His sacrifice and victory. ✝️✨

Sa bawat gabi ng panalangin, we were reminded to slow down, seek God, at mas lalong lumalim sa Kanyang presensya. 💛

📖 Hope is Alive
Matthew 28:1–10

Wala na ang takot. Wala na ang dilim.
The tomb is empty—Jesus is alive! ✨

Ang kamatayan ay natalo, at ang pag-asa ay muling nabuhay.
Hindi natapos ang kwento sa krus—may resurrection, may victory, may bagong buhay. 💛

This is the hope we hold on to: Because He lives, we have life. Because He rose, we can rise too.

Reflection:
Paano binabago ng resurrection ni Jesus ang buhay mo today?

Let this day remind us—our hope is not dead.
✨ Hope is alive in Christ! ✨

Day 7 – Black Saturday

📖 Waiting in Silence
Matthew 27:57–66

Tahimik ang araw na ito. Walang himala, walang galaw—parang wala nang pag-asa. Nakalibing si Jesus at tila tapos na ang lahat.

Pero sa katahimikan na iyon, God is still at work. 💛 Minsan, ganito rin ang buhay natin—may mga season ng waiting, uncertainty, at silence. Yung pakiramdam na parang walang nangyayari, parang hindi sumasagot ang Diyos.

Pero ang katotohanan: Even in the silence, God is moving. Even in the waiting, He is working.

Reflection:
Kaya mo bang magtiwala sa Diyos kahit tahimik Siya?

Let this day remind us to rest in His promises— because the story doesn’t end in silence…

Sa araw na ito, inaalala natin ang krus—ang pinakamalalim na larawan ng pag-ibig. ✝️

Hindi pinili ni Jesus ang krus dahil madali ito, kundi dahil mahal Niya tayo.
Sa bawat sugat, sa bawat paghihirap—love was being poured out for us. 💛

This is not just a story of suffering— it is a story of redemption, grace, and unconditional love.

Reflection:
Kung ganito kalalim ang pagmamahal ni Jesus para sa atin, paano tayo tutugon?

Today, let’s pause, remember, and receive the love that was fully given on the cross.

📖 Love That Serves
John 13:1–15, 34–35

Sa gabing ito, ginawa ni Jesus ang isang bagay na hindi inaasahan—hinugasan Niya ang paa ng Kanyang mga disciples. Isang larawan ng kababaang-loob at tunay na pagmamahal. 💛

Siya na Hari, naging lingkod.
Siya na Panginoon, yumuko para maglingkod.

Ito ang love na ipinapakita ni Jesus—hindi lang salita, kundi gawa.

“Love one another as I have loved you.”
Hindi lang ito utos—ito ay lifestyle.

Reflection:
Paano ka tinatawag ni God na mag-serve today?
Saan ka pwedeng maging kamay at paa ni Jesus sa iba?

Let’s choose a love that serves—humble, sacrificial, at tunay. ✨

Day 4 – Holy Wednesday

📖 Extravagant Love
Matthew 26:6–13

Sa kwentong ito, isang babae ang nag-alay ng mamahaling pabango kay Jesus—something costly, something precious. Para sa iba, sayang. Pero para kay Jesus, ito ay isang magandang pagpapahayag ng pag-ibig. 💛

Extravagant love is not measured by practicality, but by devotion.
Ito yung pagmamahal na walang tinitira para sa sarili—buo, tapat, at handang magbigay kahit may kapalit na sacrifice.

Minsan, tinatanong natin, “Worth it ba?”
Pero ang tunay na tanong: “Gaano ko kamahal si Jesus?”

Reflection:
Ano ang kaya mong i-offer kay God today—not out of obligation, but out of love?

Let our lives be a fragrance poured out for Him. ✨
