We’d like to share a quick update on the roofing and renovation of our new worship center. The installation of the insulation foam and roofing is now in full progress, and we are truly grateful to God for His provision. Many have already pledged and extended financial support, allowing us to purchase more steel framing materials and long-span roofing sheets.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who partnered with us in this work. Your generosity and willingness to be used by the Lord are a great encouragement to the whole church.

There is still much work ahead especially on the walls, flooring, and the kids’ area but we are encouraged by how the Lord continues to move through His people. For those who feel led to partner with us, we’ve provided a QR code in the comment section for pledges and contributions.

Thank you for being part of what God is building with us.

ON THIS DAY in REFORMATION HISTORY
24 August 1572 – The St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre crippled the advance of the Reformation in France.
The St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre permanently altered Protestant thinking. Calvinists turned from previously accepting the divine right of kings to questioning the entire institution of the monarchy.
The Catholic cause, already stained by “Bloody Mary’s” persecutions in England, and the Duke of Alva’s slaughter in the Netherlands, was now indelibly identified with the most be***al persecutions, tyranny and treachery.
Two months later, the Calvinists launched an offensive that lasted nearly a year. At its conclusion, Charles IX was forced to sign another treaty guaranteeing freedom of worship in France.
English gold and practical support boosted the Protestant resistance in the Netherlands and Scotland.
