Our program (training ministry) is considered the heart of CEF. Through training, we are able to challenge, equip and mobilize more Christians to involve in evangelizing and discipling children, with the end goal of establishing them in Bible-believing churches. It is through training that we were also able to recruit and train full time workers and support team like volunteers, prayer and financi

al partners for CEF. Teaching Children Effectively™ (TCE™) Courses

- Train children’s workers from different churches and mission groups as well as new CEF workers to effectively evangelize and disciple children, especially the unchurched. Equip qualified teachers, full time and volunteer workers of CEF to become trainors (Instructors) of children’s workers through the TCE program.

Teaching Children Effectively™ Level 2 contains principles and methods for spiritual growth which all Christians, whether children, young people or adults urgently need, for every believer is in the spiritual developmental process. Someone has said, “It takes fifteen minutes to evangelize a child, two minutes to give the invitation, ten minutes to counsel him and eighty years to lead him in spiritual growth.” Saved children need to grow in their relationship with God and in their relationships with others.
Prerequisite:
The Course is open to teachers that have completed TCE™ Level 1 with certificate
Course Objectives
Students will gain knowledge in the following ways:
• The spiritual growth and development of children
• Equip the teacher to develop and present narrative growth Bible lessons
• Teaching children Biblical principles
• Practical ideas for teaching missions

Summer is fast approaching and perhaps has plans for an out of town/country getaway to relax and unwind. What if you choose to spend your summer with an eternal impact in the lives of the young ones?
If you are a high school or college student, we would like to invite you to Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™) to be equipped to reach out the next generation.
Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™) is a program designed to train you and other young people in effective and engaging ways to teach children about God. You will attend a one-week training school where you will learn to clearly present the Gospel on a child’s level, counsel a child for salvation and lead a dynamic club ministry for kids. Components of this club include teaching a Bible lesson, a real-life missionary story and a Bible verse as well as leading songs, games and a fun review time.
If you have a heart for ministry and want to team up with other young people to reach the children in your community, then CYIA is for you!
