SOCCOM on Duty ๐Ÿ“ธโœจ

The Saint John Paul II Parish โ€“ Ministry of Social Communications and Mass Media (SOCCOM) was honored to serve as the official documentation team for the Little Mr. & Ms. St. John Paul II 2026 Photoshoot.

With every photograph, we aim to preserve the joy, confidence, and unforgettable moments of our young candidates as they begin this exciting journey. It is always a privilege for our ministry to serve by documenting memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who made this photoshoot a meaningful and successful experience. We look forward to witnessing the beautiful journey of each candidate.

Every opportunity to serve is a blessing, and every moment shared becomes a testimony of God's goodness.

The Saint John Paul II Parish โ€“ Ministry of Social Communications and Mass Media (SOCCOM) is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve during AHUNAN: The Annual Mass of Saint John Paul II Parish at the International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage.

Through every assignment entrusted to usโ€”whether documenting the celebration, assisting behind the scenes, or supporting the ministry in any way we couldโ€”we joyfully offered our time, talents, and dedication in service to God and His Church.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the AC SOCCOM for warmly guiding us and sharing their knowledge and expertise in live streaming. Your encouragement and willingness to teach have been a great help to our ministry, inspiring us to continue learning and improving so that we may better serve the Church through social communications.

May the Lord continue to bless all our fellow communicicators as we use the gift of media to proclaim His love and share His message with the world.

To God be all the glory!

The Saint John Paul II Parish โ€“ Ministry of Social Communications and Mass Media (SOCCOM) is truly grateful to have been part of the Closing of the Pilgrimage Season.

Our ministry is more than documenting moments through photos and videos. We are also called to serve wherever we are neededโ€”offering our time, skills, and willing hearts as volunteers to help make this celebration meaningful and successful.

Every task, whether seen or unseen, became an opportunity to serve Christ through His Church. We thank everyone who dedicated their time and effort, proving that true service is not measured by recognition but by a heart that is willing to respond to God's call.

To God be all the glory!

The SJPII Ministry of Social Communications and Mass Media was honored to take part in the Fiesta Celebration in honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, together with our fellow communicators from TOCP, SILP and PIHM SocCom SocCom.

This celebration was more than just a gathering of ministriesโ€”it was a beautiful reminder of how our shared mission brings us together as one community in Christ. Through every moment of prayer, fellowship, and service, we witnessed the strength of collaboration among Catholic communicators united by a common purpose: to proclaim God's love and share the life of the Church through the gift of communication.

As we celebrate this special feast, we give thanks for the friendships formed, the experiences shared, and the opportunity to serve side by side with dedicated ministers from different parish communities. May the Immaculate Heart of Mary continue to guide our ministries, inspire our creativity, and strengthen our commitment to evangelization in the digital age.
Together, we serve. Together, we communicate. Together, we witness Christ.

For the third time, the SJPII, PIHM, and ICP SocCom ministries come together in serving the Church during the 9th Novena Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

More than a collaboration, it is a testament to the unity and friendship built through our shared mission of evangelization.

With Diocesan Social Communications and Mass Media Director, Rev. Fr. Manjo Rey Padilla.

In an age overwhelmed by artificial voices, endless noise, and digital imitation, we are reminded that true communication is not merely the exchange of information, but the encounter of persons created in the image and likeness of God.

Through this profound reflection of Mark Aeron Marigondon Cagandahan, may we rediscover the beauty of authentic human communication โ€” rooted in truth, guided by reason, and perfected in charity.

As we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord and the 60th World Communications Sunday, may we become instruments of communion rather than division, witnesses of truth rather than manipulation, and voices of love in a world longing for genuine human presence.
โ€œChristians are called not merely to speak more, but to speak truthfully, think wisely, love charitably, and remain deeply human before God.โ€
