Are you getting tired? Are you struggling in life? Are you growing weak? Do you want to give up? And do you no longer know what to do with your life?

Like David in the story, if you are in great distress. When everything around you is collapsing, this verse is a reminder that the best thing you can do is to strengthen yourself in the Lord. Remind yourself of who God is, lean into prayer, scripture reading and draw your courage from an unchanging source rather than your shifting environment.

Remember That Problems Are Not Permanent.
At the lowest point of David's life—when he had lost his family, his home, and the loyalty of his men—because he choose to strengthen himself in the Lord, he recovered everything nothing was missing. So, No matter how devastating your current setback feels, do not write off the final outcome. Refuse to give in to despair, because a turnaround can happen when you refuse to surrender your faith.
