The faithful of Baguio, together with the delegation from the Vicariate of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, once again gathered for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at the end of the second day.

The celebration was presided over by the Rector of The Baguio Cathedral and Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Atonement Rev. Fr. Berlynden Dao-anis, and concelebrated by the following priests from the Vicariate of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage:

Together as one Vicariate, the faithful of Baguio witnessed the deep devotion brought from Antipolo—a devotion to Mary that continually leads us closer to Christ. This gathering is a beautiful reminder that, despite coming from different communities, we are united by one faith, one mission, and one love for Christ and His Church.

𝗞𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 | Inaanyayahan ang mga kabataan mula 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦 6 na makiisa sa Kumpilang Bayan ng ating parokya sa 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯, 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗼.

Bilang paghahanda sa pagtanggap ng Sakramento ng Kumpil, magkakaroon ng mga 𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳 sa ika-6 at ika-13 ng Setyembre, 1:00 PM.

Mga kinakailangan:

Isang mahalagang hakbang ang kumpil sa pagpapalalim ng ating pananampalataya at sa pagtanggap ng mga kabataan sa tungkulin bilang ganap na saksi ni Kristo.

Para sa ating mga kabataan, halina’t ihanda ang mga puso at buong tapang na yakapin ang panibagong yugto ng paglalakbay bilang Kristiyano. Maging matatag sa pananampalataya at maging saksi ni Kristo.

The pilgrim image of Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje continues its journey and has now arrived in the City of Baguio. (Diocese of Baguio).

On the way to Baguio, the pilgrim image, together with delegates from the Vicariate of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, was welcomed by Baguio’s chilly and foggy weather, accompanied by monsoon rains. Despite the weather conditions, the image of the Birhen ng Antipolo safely arrived at The Baguio Cathedral and Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Atonement, where it was warmly welcomed by the faithful of Baguio.

Upon arrival, Rev. Fr. Joey Valdez, Vicar Forane of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, led the welcome rites for the arrival of the pilgrim image. Afterwards, to deepen and spread devotion to the Birhen ng Antipolo, Rev. Fr. Keith Buenaventura, Parochial Vicar of the Antipolo Cathedral, delivered a Marian Conference.

The faithful and parishioners of the Baguio Cathedral were given the opportunity to venerate the revered pilgrim image before the beginning of the Eucharistic Celebration today at 5:00 PM, which will be presided over by the Most Rev. Ruperto Santos, D.D., Bishop of Antipolo.

INVITATION | PILGRIM VISIT OF THE REVERED IMAGE OF OUR LADY OF PEACE AND GOOD VOYAGE OF ANTIPOLO

The Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage of Antipolo, is set to visit the Baguio Cathedral and the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Atonement on August 24–26, 2026.

All the faithful are warmly invited to come and join this grace-filled occasion of prayer, veneration, and devotion. Let us welcome our Blessed Mother under the title of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage of Antipolo, and ask for her maternal intercession that we may always remain faithful to Christ, walk in the path of peace, and journey safely in hope toward Him.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗮

Ngayong araw, ipinagdiriwang natin ang Kapistahan ni Santa Elena, isang huwaran ng matibay na pananampalataya at debosyon sa Diyos. Iniuugnay sa kaniya ang paghahanap at pagtuklas sa Banal na Krus, na naging mahalagang tanda ng pananampalataya at pag-asa ng mga Kristiyano.

Masasalamin natin sa kaniyang buhay ang kahalagahan ng pagtitiyaga sa paghahanap sa Diyos at matapat na pagsasabuhay ng pananampalataya. Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon sa atin ang kaniyang halimbawa upang manatiling matatag sa gitna ng anumang pagsubok.

Kaisa natin ang Santa Elena Community sa mapagpalang araw na ito.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵

Ngayong araw, ipinagdiriwang natin ang Kapistahan ni San Roque, isang banal na lingkod ng Diyos na may malasakit at tumutulong sa mga maysakit at nangangailangan. Kasama natin ang kaniyang halimbawa ng karunungan, katapatan, at malalim na pananampalataya sa Diyos, na naging gabay niya sa kaniyang paglilingkod sa simbahan at sa kaniyang kapwa.

Nanatili siyang matatag sa kaniyang pananampalataya at pag-ibig sa kapwa sa kabila ng mga pagsubok. Naging huwaran ang kaniyang buhay sa pagkakawanggawa at paglilingkod, nagpapaalala na ang tunay na pananampalataya ay naipakikita sa pamamagitan ng pagmamalasakit at pagtulong sa ating kapwa, lalo na sa panahon ng pangangailangan.

Kaisa natin ang El Dorado Community sa mapagpalang araw na ito.
