Sa buwanang unang Sabado ng debosyon sa Mahal na Birhen ng Antipolo, sama-samang nagtipon ang mga peregrino, deboto, at parokyano sa Pandaigdigang Dambana ng Mahal na Birhen ng Kapayapaan at Mabuting Paglalakbay upang makiisa sa pananalangin ng nobena at Santo Rosaryo, na sinundan ng pagdiriwang ng Banal na Misa.

Pinangunahan ni Reb. Pd. Keith Buenaventura ang Banal na Misa, kasama sina Reb. Pd. Jerry Fortunato at Reb. Pd. Joshua Reyes, gayundin sina Fr. Manjorey Padilla at Obispo Ruperto Santos.

Sa kanyang homiliya, binigyang-diin ni Reb. Pd. Keith Buenaventura ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaisa sa kabila ng pagkakaiba-iba. Sa kabila ng ating mga pagkukulang at pagkakaiba, tinatawag Niya tayong magkaisa sa pananampalataya at paglilingkod.

Nagtapos ang pagdiriwang sa isang prusisyon bilang pagpapahayag ng pananampalataya at pagmamahal ng mga deboto sa Mahal na Birhen ng Antipolo, na patuloy na gumagabay sa mga peregrino sa kanilang paglalakbay tungo kay Kristo.

Mahal na Birhen ng Antipolo, Ina ng Kapayapaan at Mabuting Paglalakbay, ipanalangin mo kami!

The third day of Viaje Gensan began in the quiet of dawn, with the faithful gathering in prayer for the First Saturday Devotion to Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage.

At 4:30 AM, devotees joined the dawn procession along the parish highway, walking together in faith, carrying with them their prayers, intentions, thanksgiving, and hopes. With every step, the community journeyed not only along the road, but also closer to God through the loving intercession of our Blessed Mother.

The procession culminated in the celebration of the Holy Mass, where the faithful gathered as one community, renewed in faith and strengthened by the Eucharist.

This day reminds us that a pilgrimage is more than a journey of the feet. It is a journey of the heart, where every step becomes a prayer, every sacrifice becomes an offering, and every road leads us closer to Christ with Mary, our Mother, guiding the way.

Sa kanyang homiliya, binigyang-diin ni Rdo. P. Keith Buenaventura na ang pagkakaiba-iba ng ating mga personalidad at karakter ay hindi hadlang sa pagkakaisa. Gaya ng ipinakikita sa Ebanghelyo ngayong araw, kumikilos ang Diyos hindi dahil sa ating pagiging perpekto, kundi sa kabila ng ating mga kahinaan.

Tulad ng pagkakaibigan, hindi kailangang maging magkatulad o perpekto ang bawat isa upang manatiling malapit. Sa halip, ang pagtanggap at pag-unawa sa ating mga pagkakaiba ang nagpapatibay sa ating ugnayan.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat na magnilay at manalangin upang makita natin ang kagandahan sa bawat isa at gawin ang ating mga pagkakaiba bilang daan tungo sa pagkakaisa.

For the month of October, let us include in our prayers the intention of the Holy Father for the mental health ministry. May we be encouraged to establish and strengthen the mental health ministry throughout the Church, helping to overcome the stigma and discrimination of persons with mental illnesses.

May we be moved to support this ministry in our own communities, and inspired to listen, understand, and accompany those who carry heavy burdens of mind and heart, so that no one may feel alone, judged, or forgotten. Through the intercession of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, may we walk together with our brothers and sisters on their journey toward healing, so that every person may find understanding, dignity, and peace within the family of God.

Today, October 2, a Votive Mass in honor of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage was celebrated in prayer and devotion, presided over by Rev. Fr. Alfredo Fernandez Jr., together with Rev. Fr. Jose Bautista.

The celebration gathered the faithful in thanksgiving and prayer, honoring our Blessed Mother and entrusting to her maternal care all those who seek her guidance, protection, and intercession.

Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, pray for us.
