We invite you to connect and reconnect with our Unitarian Universalist community and engage more deeply with the Eight Principles of the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Philippines.
March 14, 2021 - 1st Principle: There is God. God is love.
March 28, 2021 - 2nd Principle: The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
April 11, 2021 - 3rd Principle: Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
April 25, 2021 - 4th Principle: Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
May 9, 2021 - 5th Principle: A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
May 23, 2021 - 6th Principle: The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
June 13, 2021 - 7th Principle: The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
June 27, 2021 - 8th Principle: Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
Our group meets via Zoom, and we welcome folks who just want to listen, as well as those who are interested in discussion. As UU's, we encourage deep questioning as it leads to meaningful dialogue.
Philippine Unitarian Universalists hold the Principles as strong values and moral teachings. The Principles are not dogma or doctrine, but rather a guide for those of us who choose to join and participate in Unitarian Universalist religious communities.
