Wherever the Bible is read and obeyed, the gospel preached, the Christians go out to grow and multiply. In the humblest possible way mission fields were opened whereby people who love and obey the Book multiply. They are accounted loyal to the Lord Jesus Christ and to the Local New Testament Church which H e purchased with His own blood

Bienvenido Llobrera started te work of evangelism in Samonte, Metro Manila in 1972. The work started as a family fellowship and by God’s grace it grew into a fellowship of like minded saved believers. A question arose in the mind of the believers for what name will they call their group, and being tired of many institutional religious group and wanted to biblical in faith and belief; they asked Pastor Bien if it was possible that believers can worship in the home. Pastor Bien did diligent effort to study the Bible about house churches, and the result of the search was a break-through for he found out that the early Christian met in houses. And the congregation was called the CHRISTIAN HOUSE CHURCH. Obedient to the call to evangelize, the house church in Samonte sent out missionaries to their respective relatives and families, and Mr. & Mrs. Mar Miranda heavily burdened to reach their unsaved relatives in San Fernando, Pampanga started a Bible Study in the year 1976. Mr. & Mrs. Fernando G. Paras opened their humble dwelling to this couple. They invited their relatives and friends also to study the Bible with them. The result was the conversion of some of these relatives and friends, and the work became fruitful, and baptism and other church related works were handled and officiated by the elders of the “mother church” in Samonte, Metro Manila. On july 31, 1983, Antonio Armando Reyno M. Paras was ordained as the pastor of the Christian House Church in San Fernando, Pampanga while at the same time servings as the local director of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Inc. Pampang Branch. Active evangelistic works were conducted whereby reaching close relatives and friends, and high schoolers. In 1984 Pastor Paras was sent to study in a Bible College.
