From Anxiety To Peace
Philippians 4:6-7

When your heart is racing, your thoughts are overwhelming, and you feel like you can’t handle it anymore - PAUSE. BREATHE. PRAY. SURRENDER.

You don’t have to carry tomorrow’s worries today.

• Breathe - calm your body.
• Ground yourself - come back to the present.
• Surrender - give your worries to God.
• Give thanks - choose to trust even when you don’t understand.

“Do not be anxious about anything… but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” - Philippians 4:6

And when we surrender what we cannot control, God gives us a peace that anxiety cannot explain and circumstances cannot steal.

YOUR WORRY IS NOT GREATER THAN GOD’S PEACE.
PRAY. SURRENDER. TRUST. RECEIVE HIS PEACE.
