✨ SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP | YOUNG PEOPLE ✨
Last Friday and Saturday, we had our Sports Fellowship together with the different missions of SCBC. We were thankful for the opportunity to spend time with our players from SCBC Angat, many of whom are from the different areas where we have our children’s ministry.
Some of these young people are also children who used to attend and be part of our Children’s Ministry and are now in high school. It was a blessing to see them again, spend time with them, and invite them to attend our Sunday service.
Some were not able to come, but praise God for the 9 young people who attended our Sunday Service! 8 of them were first-time visitors. We were also given the opportunity to share the Gospel and tell them about the salvation we have through the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise God, they accepted the Lord Jesus as their Savior. 🙏
After the service, we decided to have a simple fellowship with them over coffee and a few treats. It was also our little way of celebrating and rewarding them for their hard work during the Sports Fest.
The girls’ volleyball team won 2nd place, while our boys’ basketball 3v3 teams placed 3rd and 4th in the overall awards. We are thankful for their effort and the opportunity that God gave us to be with them, not only on the playing field but also in church.
Our prayer is that these young people will continue to come, know the Lord more, and grow in their relationship with Him.
What a blessing to see the seeds planted through our children’s ministry reaching them as they grow older. May the Lord continue to work in their lives.
