Oftentimes, we take our talents for granted, but it never crossed our minds that it was a gift given to be set apart in the Lord, not set aside and unused. We find comfort in sitting in silence and caging all these gifts given to us because we are afraid of judgement, insult, and shame once we try to use it to serve others and God.
But what we do not realize is that these gifts are not ours to cage, not ours to boast. And mga talento at regalo sa atin ng Panginoon na kakayahan ay hindi sa atin, tayo lamang ang tagapamahala ng mga ito na ipinagkaloob sa atin ng Diyos, at lahat ay marapat lamang na ibalik sa pamamagitan ng paglilingkod sa Kaniya.

Based on the gift each one has received, use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God.
A steward is a manager, not an owner. You did not buy your talent; God gave it to you. Peter wrote this to remind us not to be surprised by the trials we face as stewards of God. Instead, use our lives to glorify God.
Most of all, becoming a steward of God comes with the trials we are bound to face. But there is no greater honor than to be mistreated for the sake of Jesus. So today, brothers and sisters, choose:

If anyone speaks, it should be as one who speaks Godโs words; if anyone serves, it should be from the strength God provides, so that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ in everything. To Him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.
Most of all, becoming a steward of God comes with the trials we are bound to face. But there is no greater honor to be mistreated for the sake of Jesus. So today, brothers and sisters, choose:
To live like the world and no one shall bother you, but you lose your blessing and power.
Or to be faithful, use your gifts, and stand for truthโeven if people talk badly, you carry the Spirit of Glory, and you are truly BLESSED.
