This Sabbath day, April 4, the ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต โ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ actively conducted an ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ led by their A.Y. Leader, Gwen Estefany Lamoste. This meaningful program was reactivated after a long period of pause, bringing renewed energy and purpose to the youth ministry.
The theme for the month of April focuses on ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ, with the first weekโs topic centered on "๐ป๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐
๐๐.โ The participants were divided into two groups and given reflective tasks: to individually list the qualities of a servant leader, share personal experiences in applying these qualities, identify their struggles and challenges as leaders, and explain how they overcame such situations while consistently reflecting Christ-like character.
During the highlights and sharing session, both group leaders presented the outcomes of their discussions. A common realization among the participants was that ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐. They emphasized that a leader must be ๐ฉ๐ง๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ฎ, ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐, ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐, ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ, ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐จ๐๐ง๐ซ๐, and many more. One of the most meaningful insights shared was that overcoming criticism and challenges requires a deep reliance on prayer. As leaders, it is essential to lead with genuine love for those we serve, reflecting Christ in every action and decision.
No matter the struggles or challenges we face, may we continue to lead with patience, humility, and prayerโtrusting that God is shaping us into leaders after His own heart.
